Lift: Low Sector 3

When you enter this room, stop right where you are. There are quite a few Black Widows and Bind Spiders here hanging around on the ceiling. They are nasty little buggers who also attack with poison and bind spells and just aren't fun all around. Try to get them to drop down one at a time and wipe them out that way. Be sure to look up and make sure you have them all killed before running out and across the walkway to the door at the far end.

When you enter the door here, there are a few white boxes and a blue treasure chest to your left. Head right and exit the door beside you. Run back across the bridge watching for the two spiders on the ceiling here. Head inside the room when they are dead and you will need to fight a Goo Element for the treasure key. When you get it, head back to the box and get the "rust Armor" skill for Ryu. Run back the right and then head left to enter Low Sector 4.

Lift: Low Sector 4

Knock out the white boxes and head left up the stairs and down the metal catwalk. Exit the door and you enter into more train tunnels with lots of Hychees squirming around. Head left and then across the little gap to the other side of the tracks. There is a Duke Battler sleeping here so if you don't have a lot of healing items, leave him that way. Continue on down the tunnel and through the big door. Just on the other side of the large door is an Odd Hychee on the ceiling.

Head down the rest of the tunnel after you turn him into a whiff of smoke. When you enter the next large door, the area after turns into a Danger Room where you need to wipe out all the Dukes to proceed. There are quite a few of them, not to mention there are two Duke Battlers. They are a good distance away from you so luring them out one by one really isn't to difficult at all. When you destroy them all there are a few white boxes to break open and a yellow box with a save token in it. As well, there is a treasure chest where you can grab a much needed backpack. Head into the doorway here and hop on the elevator to reach the much needed town.

Low Sector Borough

Look Familiar? This is the same town that was at the beginning of the game if you went to it. Save your progress on the Telecorder after you have done your shopping. Remember to stock up on a lot of the aid kits and make sure to put some in your item locker. If you didn't pick up any antidotes from the spiders, then make sure to purchase some now. You will need them very soon. Sell any weapons and items you came across in the Low Sector and use the money for bigger and better things. When you are ready to go, enter into the stairwell that leads to the Corplab.

Corplab Entrance

When you enter, run until you reach the end of the passage. You can go left or right from here. If you go left, you will come to a door that is locked and cannot be opened without a security card. When you go right, you will come across two rooms.

One room will just have white boxes while the other will contain the fairy. The fairy will take you to a colony mini-game type deal where you send ants out excavating looking for rooms to set up shops in. It is kind of tricky at first, but once you start to learn what to do it is pretty interesting and a good way to get weapons and money. When you are done with the colony, she will give you fairy drops so you can visit the colony and check up on your ants anytime you aren't near a town.

Head back out to the town and you will see that some jerks have let some gas go. All three of you will be poisoned, but do not heal the poison until after the battle is over. You will just get poisoned again. There are three guys here to take out. There is a Mage lieutenant, a Battler Lieutenant and a Gunner Lieutenant. I prefer to work on the Mage first since he has one mean spell that can take off 100 points at once. Slowly work each lieutenant down until the last one dies. After a rather long cut scene the Security card will be on the ground beside the entrance to the lab. Head back into the Corplab entrance and open the locked door.

Head down the hallway and you will eventually come to a Telecorder and the girls selling items and identifying them as well. Do what you need to here and head back and to your right through the double doors.

CorpLab 1F

After another cut scene you can either head down the left hall or the right. If you head left, you will come to a lock D-Ratio door and need to head back. So go right from here and clear out the rooms that are off the hallway. There isn't much to find in them but experience is always welcome. Keep heading down the hallway till you reach another set of double doors and go up the lift.

CorpLab 2F

Head down the hallway, turning right and going through the door. In this hallway if you take the first door on the right, you will run across a long bridge to another area. When you are running across the bridge there are some annoying bees that can swoop down to attack you. Handle these Buzz the same as you did the lantern bats. Not too many at once and you'll wipe the floor with them. When you get to the other side of the catwalk, it is another story.

In this room are two Rafflesias. For some reason though one is bigger than the other. These strawberry head guys are pretty tough and get tougher when you use magic on them. They heal themselves after each round but if you attack them with magic they heal A LOT more then normal. Also if you attack with magic their attacks are much more powerful too, but the plus side, you get more XP for killing them. Keep Nina a safe distance and have Ryu and Lin beat up on them. When they are defeated a treasure key will appear. Head out the door on the other side of the room and make your way back across another catwalk.

On your way across the catwalk this time, it seems there are many more Buzz's flying around. Take them out and head through the door at the end. Turn into the door way on the left and clear the room of Hychee's to get at the blue Treasure chest. Inside you will find the 3rd level skill "RoundSabre" for Ryu. Turn around and run back out, through the door way across from you and around the water pit in the next room. Turn right into the hall and go through the double doors. Hop on the lift here.

CorpLab 3 North

Head down the hallway, turn left around the corner and go through another door. In this room there will be a lot of Goo's. There are Goo's of all varieties including Goo Sapphire, Ruby and Plasma. Use Nina's magic accordingly to each Goo's power. Exit the room by the door in the far wall to enter a small room with a yellow box that holds 1600 zennies. Exit this room through the door beside the box.

Corplab 3 South

Head down the hallway to the white boxes, break them, and then head back to the entrance. Enter the door on the right and run across the long catwalk to the door at the far end. Head down this hallway and into the door on the right. Run along this catwalk and crack open the yellow boxes on the other side of the door. Make your way back across the catwalk, into the hallway and through the door on your right. Make another quick right and then a left into the room here. A cut scene will start as Nina remembers her past. After the cut scene exit the room the door on the east wall and head down the hallway, through the double doors and up the lift.

CorpLab 4F

Head down this hallway, making a right at the first corner, and stop when you come to the two guards who are standing in front of a door. These guys are called Patrollers and they are a pain. They call for back up when they are about to die and that brings Bouncers into the area for you to fight. Not just some bouncers, but A LOT of them so be ready when you go through the next few doors along this hallway. If you enter the room that the Patrollers were guarding there is a blue chest in there which contains a backpack. Head back out and continue along the hallway until you come to about 10 Bouncers lined up in the hallway. Try to lure them over one by one and take them out. They can be very over whelming if you get more than two of them at once.

After they are toast head through the door way and into the room on the right. There is a Goo Element in here that holds the key to the treasure chest back where you came from. Kill him and go back to the chest for a backpack. Return here after you get it and take out the Patroller in the corner. When you do, he calls his buddies, the eight Bouncers who are waiting for you through the next door. Take care of them as you did the last batch and keep running along the hallway till you reach the double doors to the lift.

Corplab 5F

Run down the hallway into the room on your left. Take out the boxes in here and continue back along the hallway through the door around the corner. Run past the double doors to your right and you head down the hallway. Keep going around the corner until you reach another set of doors. In here will be a weapon store, an Identifier and a Telecorder to save with. When you are done with your shopping head back to the double doors you passed before. Go through them and make your way down the path, turning left and climbing up the ladder to the Frozen Path.
