Frozen Path 1F
Straight down the path is a door at the end. Inside there are 4 Gars and a few boxes. Take them out one at a time just like everyone else. The Gar Snipers have a spread attack that they use after a few rounds and can cause some pain to everyone in your party if they are crowded together. Exit here and head left down the path into the next room and lots of drillbugs hopping around. (I went through here twice and the second time there were a whole lot of Goo Sapphires instead of Drillbugs)
You can choose to fight them if you want. Neither of enemy will chase after you so you can run right past them into the door on the right side of the room. Once inside you will notice quite a few Aggrossers or frogbats as I like to call them. Take them out 2-3 at a time to clear the room. When you do, a key appears for the chest in there. You will receive Lin's skill "Greetings!" for your troubles.
Head back out and run to the right, past the crowd of enemies if they are still there and up the ladder.
Frozen Path 2F
Head through this area, moving forward towards the white boxes ahead. Here there are 4 Gars and a Jack in the Box. Take out the Gars First and then take care of the Box. If you kill the Jack in the Box in the first round you are rewarded heftily with some cold hard cash. When they are all dead you get a treasure key. Head into the next area and heal up. In here there are a lot of baddies.
There are 4 Gars, 2 Beaks and 2 Deathcows. Divide and conquer them by taking two Gars at a time and 1 Beak and 1 Deathcow at a time. Make your way up the slope to the boxes that they were guarding. In the yellow box you get a Save Token and in the blue treasure chest you find the shield skill "Feint". I would suggest equipping this on either Lin or Nina as soon as you get it. Head back up the slope where you entered the ice area and go through the door. Climb up the ladder to the next area.
Frozen Path 3F
Follow the winding path through the door until it ends at a slope and continues to a flat ice surface. Keep going past the door on the left until you reach the 4 Goo Sapphires and the very large Ice Goo at the end of the cavern. To get the treasure key all you need to do is kill the large Ice Goo and he will drop it. Grab it and head back and into the door that is up the ramp to your right now. Enter into another large cavern where you will see a door to your right and 7 Drillbugs and a big Bug Leader to your left.
If you decide to go and take out all the Drillbugs, the treasure chest is on the other side of them all and contains a ???? armor. Head back to the door on the right and make your way down the winding path towards the Beaks. When you enter here, this room becomes a danger room and the 4 Aggrossers and 2 Beaks must be defeated to continue on. Take the Beaks separately and the frogbats no more than two at a time. After a cut scene continue down the path and through the door.
Frozen Path 4F
As you enter the area, you'll see there are plenty of white boxes all over. These are Jack-Boxes so watch out how close you get to them. Down the slope and around the corner to the left, 4 Gars will come out to greet you. Take them out and continue down the path and out the door. The next area has a door on the left and a small area with lots of Hychee and Odd Hychees about. Jump in and kill them all for some soon to be needed heath kits. When you collect them all, head back up the slope and through the door.
Head North, past the door on the right, down to where you can cross the bridge. As you can see, on the other side, there are 5 Beaks. You will want to fight these one at a time. Luring them away and setting up traps works pretty good here. When all 5 are dead, pick up the treasure key and turn back to the door at the far end of the walkway. In this treasure chest you will pick up Nina's skill "Fragball". This works just like Joltball where it is placed on the floor and traps people when they touch it. Head back over to the door on the other side of the bridge and follow the path around to the door on the far side. Here you can save your game on the Telecorder and stock up on supplies from the items girl. You have a tough battle coming up so make sure you have the best weapons you can afford and many health items.
Storage
Walk down the hallway making a left at the first turn. As you walk into the large storage area you will be ambushed by a lot of very bad people. There are 8 guys that appear and they can be quite tough to beat. Here you are going to want to have Nina cast Fragball or Joltball to keep the guys to your right and below you at bay while you take out the Gunners and Leader to your left first. They can attack you from anywhere so take them quickly before you start working on the rest. After them, head down to the Leaders as they seem to be a lot weaker then the Battlers to the right. You are going to need a whole lot of aid kits for this fight and the two coming up. I would suggest you have at least 40 or 50 to make it through all 3 battles. Keep your health full and make sure you keep Nina casting the floor traps and you will eventually make it out alive.
After you defeat all the guys here, another boss shows up. This time it is a large mechanical creature called Asimov. This guy actually isn't that hard to beat. He has an attack where he drops off robots called Annexes that attack with Jolt. To defeat Asimov easily have Nina set up Fragball or Jolt ball in front of Asimov each round. This will take care of one, if not both Annexes and have Lin take care of the other while Ryu hammers on Asimov. Also Nina can cast an Ice spell on the Annexes and that will short circuit them. Asimov himself attacks with a simple push most of the time that takes about 50 health off you depending if you have bought good armor. When Asimov gets down to 0 health, you have 3 rounds to get far away from him until he self destructs. When he does, he explodes for about 250 points of damage.
You're not out of the woods yet. As soon as you finish off Asimov then you have to deal with Capt. Zeno and her two mages. For this battle you will want to keep everyone at full health as much as possible. If Zeno gets a hold of Nina, she can wipe her out in one round. For this battle you will want to have Nina and Lin deal with the mages as fast as possible while Ryu tangles with Zeno. Another way to deal with these three is to have everyone gang up on Zeno and ignore the mages. When Zeno gets down to half her life, she will power up and become more powerful. When Zeno is killed, the mages disappear and the battle is over. The mages will still be around in the area, if you didn't kill them, but they will be hiding in the smaller rooms off this large one and no longer wanting to battle. Capt. Zeno's sword will be on the ground next to her. You can pick it up and use it for yourself. It is a rather powerful sword and comes equipped with the Violet Death skill, although you will need to have it identified before you can use it.
Now back to the running around. From the door you came through to enter this room, head to the North West corner. Inside the room here will be a Save Token in side a yellow box. If you didn't kill the mages that were with Capt. Zeno, they will be hiding in the room to the South West. Head back out and make you way around the obstacles until you reach the door directly west of where you came in. Exit here and hang a left to reach a Telecorder. After you save, turn around and continue down the hallway in to the room at the end. Turn to your left and climb up the ladder.
IndustOne 1F
As you enter the room at the end of this hallway, you will see some guys walking back and forth on the other side of the glass. These are Bandits. There are two of them here along with 3 smaller versions called Highwaystars. They aren't all that tough and they mostly use the Shadowstitch bind spell and steal stuff that others have dropped. All in all, they spend a lot of time running from you.
After they are taken care of, head up the stairs and into the room on the left. Dispose of the 3 Odd Hychees here and grab your health rewards. Head back out and enter the door down the stairs and to your right. In here will be a lot of little bats called Ebonfires and one big bat called a Baphomet. When you are fighting the Baphomet you want to try and keep one of your party in range at all times. If not he will fly away saying he is lonely and frustrated and will heal himself 200 hp every round. When you finish him off, he will drop the "FireBlast" skill for Nina which is a skill you really want to have. Equip it as soon as you get it. Take care of the little Ebonfires if you like as well. Head right, through the door and up the elevator.
IndustOne 2F West
Run straight down the hallway, through the doors, taking out the white boxes on the way until your reach a room with 3 Capeks behind a fence. These Capeks look pretty much like tiny versions of Asimov and they use the same push attack. They also have a gattling gun on their backs that they use for ranged attacks. If you can, during battles steal the battery pack from them and they won't be able to do much of anything to you.
Behind these guys is a blue chest/Hermit that is called a Wonder Box. You will run into a few of these during the game. The object of the Wonder Boxes is to get them as far down in health in one round without killing them. When the round ends they explode causing how ever much HP they had left in damge and leaving a reward for you. The less HP they have, the better the reward. After it is blown up, there is a D-Ratio door here. Since you can't enter it yet, turn back around and continue down the path you were going.
IndustOne 2F East
Run down the hallway and out the door. To your right will be a ramp down and two Capeks trudging around. Take them out and continue around on the ground. Make sure you have Nina with FireBlast equipped. Around the corner will be about 4 Petrophages. These guys are just like Rustphages except they really don't like fire at all. Fire does 200% to them but it also sets them on fire and they explode after a round. The explosion can do some hefty damage, especially when a few of them are going at once, so make sure they are dead before they can do it. When they are all dead a treasure key will appear.
Run back up the ramp to the walkway and continue around the corner to the door. Keep heading down the hallway until you exit to a room with stairs directly in front of you. Head up these and into the room where there is a blue Treasure chest being guarded by a few Goo Ruby's and a Fire Goo. If you have a Frost attack equipped now is a good time to use it. After they are taken care of, grab Lin's "Let's Dance!" skill from the chest and head back out of the room.
Knock out the white boxes around the back of the room and continue left along the catwalk around the room. You can go down the stairs and deal with the Petrophages and Bandits but experience is your only reward. Exit the room, run down the hallway into the next area where a Bandit will welcome you. You can take two ways here. The left leads to a HighwayStar and a yellow box and the right leads to two Petrophages and the exit. Run through the door and down the hall.
IndustOne 2F West
Run out of the little room through the door in front of you. The door to the right is a D-Ratio door. Outside of the room you will notice some more Petrophages below zooming around when they see you. Have them zoom towards you but since they are on the ground they can't reach you. They will however, bang into the catwalk and flip over. Have Lin use her gun and shoot them when they flip over and she will kill them in one shot without going into battle against them. Continue your way around the catwalk to the door on the other side of the room and up the elevator.
IndustOne 3F
As soon as you step off the elevator into the next room the music starts and you are in another danger room. This time it is Bats and a Baphomet. As soon as you open the door a Baphomet will be right there. Remember when you are fighting him, do not let him run away and heal himself. When he is taken out there are still a few more bats down the hallway. Take your time killing them and don't let too many jump you at once. Exit the hallway and make a left around the corner and out the door. Go right and then a quick left into the side passage here. Take out the white boxes along the way.
From here you can go straight or go right and clear out some more white boxes. When you go straight through here you will enter a large room with 4 doors on the far wall and 5 Capeks roaming about. Take them out and get a treasure key for your troubles. Enter the first door on the left and go as far back in the room as you can to get the treasure chest that holds Nina's "FireBall" skill. The rest of the rooms have a few boxes to smash open but to exit the area go through the third door from the left. Take the elevator through the door there.
IndustTwo 1F
Jump off of the elevator and head into the next room. You will notice that everyone in here is dead. That's a bad thing. If you don't have a lot of aid kits on you I would suggest running all the way back to the girls at the frozen path and stocking up. You are really going need them. There are two doors on either side of the room and both need a security card to unlock. If you don't see a guy with a red glowing dot on his face standing in the open clearing then you will need to go around and check all the dead bodies for him to show up. When he does appear, make sure you are fully healed and walk over to him to start the battle!
Tantra is a sneaky guy who puts you to sleep and then drains your power when he does so. Have Nina stay far back and pelt him with FireBlast. Ryu will need to stay up close but make sure you keep his health constantly full. Lin can also stay far away and attack with some heavy combos. After a while he will fall but notice his body doesn't *poof* away like everyone else's. After he is defeated a sparkly a security card will appear for you to use on the locked doors.
Pick it up and decide what you want to do next. There are two more bosses but you only have to fight one if you choose too. They are both the opposites of each other, Deegon is a fast attacker, but has little armor and Geegais is slow to attack, but very hard to damage. Another factor is that who ever you defeat, their skills will carry over to the fourth and final Boss of this area. So if you defeat Geegais and Deegon then both of their attributes will be introduced to the final boss of this area. I am going to assume you aren't a chicken and want to fight both of them, but if you are low on aid kits or health items, you may want to rethink that and just fight Deegon through the Left locked door.
Pick up the security card off the ground where Tantra is and make your way over to the locked door on the right side of the room. Enter through it and hop on the elevator.
IndustTwo 2F South
As you step off the elevator you will hear the Danger Room music start. Guess what? Another boss! Make your way left down the hallway and through the door. Here you will see Geegais standing on the catwalk. Walk up to him after you are healed and prepare for a long fight. Geegais doesn't take much damage at all, especially not from Lin that I found. I had Lin just stay back incase anyone needed a tonic and when Geegais unleashes his fury on the ground, it can be very likely someone just may. Have Ryu up close and in his face for the most damage will come from him. You will want Nina casting Jolt balls or Fragballs preferably if you have it equipped. Frost and ice attacks do more damage to him than lightning attacks do.
When he starts to save up his fury be ready for the next round. He will hammer his fists in the ground and it causes some serious damage to anyone near him. Amazingly enough, he actually missed with that attack quite a few times. How you miss hitting the ground I don't know, but I am glad he does. When he is defeated a cut scene plays and he floats off. Grab the treasure key and Ryu's skill "SpiritCharge" from the chest. Make your way back to the first room where you fought Tantra and head for the locked door on the left. Make your way through the hall and up the elevator
IndustTwo 2F North
Make your way through the door in front of you and to the right. Follow the path around and up the stairs through the control room. When you go through the door, YAY! Another boss! This time around you are fighting Deegon. He is way faster and more agile than Geegais was but he also takes damage a lot easier as well. Deegon likes to hit and run a lot. Have Nina set up some Frag or Jolt balls behind him. Ryu should be up front and close doing what he is best at. Lin can be a fair distance away delivering the combos to Deegon and feeling pretty safe.
Make sure you keep Ryu's health up and make sure he uses all his attacks at once. Deegon will counter act every attack with his own Sledgehammer attack. If you have "Steal" equipped you can also steal an…uhm…. Afro from him. Yea I dunno either. After he is defeated and you grab the treasure key, head over to the other side of the room and grab Lin's skill "Too Slow!" from the chest. Make your back over to where you fought Deegon and into the side hallway here and out the door at the end and up the elevator.
IndustThree 1F
Run through the control room here to the door straight ahead. Keep running down this hall and turn right at the fences where three white boxes will be lined up. Break them apart and head out the door behind them. Here in this room you will have to face a new and improved Tantra depending on which of the other bosses you defeated.
If you defeated both Deegon and Geegais, then this Tantra is one mean bad ass. Only things I can suggest are to make sure you have LOTS of aid kits before joining this battle. Also Lin didn't really do much at all during this fight. She actually caused more harm then good. Tantra counter hits your hits with a Drain attack so make sure you hit him with some good combos. If you have an attack left over, save it for the next round. Keep Nina far off too, but close enough to use FireBall. Tantra doesn't seem to counter hit magical attacks.
Have Ryu keep nailing him with combos, and you may even want to give Ryu a round or two to build up some AP so he can really let loose on Tantra with some massive combos. After Tantra is finally defeated, you can head through the door directly ahead of where you entered from to grab some boxes, but to exit to the next area, go through the locked security door in this room.
MidSector Mall
In this town, do all the normal things that you would in any other town. Buy and sell your weapons and armor and stock up on plenty of Aid kits. The Id girl is a sneaky one in this town. Where you see the boy playing with a few nuggets, there is a side alleyway with her at the end. Also you will notice a fairy flying around town. Go and talk to her to check up on your ants and see how they are doing. Also if you don't have any fairy drops left she will give you some more. Save you game using the Telecorder when you are done shopping and head up the stairs and out to the next area.
MidSector Borough
Head over the stones and into the opening across the water.
Old Trade Sector A
Open the sliding door and head into the trade sector. Straight ahead you will see a floating green head with a heart inside of it. These are Brokenhearts and they control the Zombies near them. Capcom sure does like having zombies and guys named Ryu in its games doesn't it?
If you get into a battle with a zombie and the brokenheart that controls it is still alive, the zombie will still be in the same spot when the battle is over. The Brokenhearts can be hard to hit as well. They have a very high dodge rate, but when you do hit them, they get hurt plenty. Also have Nina attack them with an ice attack and they will freeze solid so you can hit them easier. Swipe at them with your weakest attacks so you get more swings in on them and do more damage then you would with fewer swings. If the Brokenheart that controls the zombie is dead then you can easily take about a zombie for good using Nina's FireBlast magic. Fire does 200% damage to these guys and it finishes them off in no time.
Run along this hallway, past the door on the right and around the two zombies to the 2 boxes against the far wall. Break them open and head into the door on the left. In here will be a Worm Man that will stand up when you get close to him. These guys have a very far reach with their wormy arms and also a rather nasty spin attack. Take him out and go through the door behind where he was. In here you will find some armor and the SniperShot gun for Lin. This gun works great on the Brokenhearts and rarely misses. Head back to the beginning where you started and go through the door that was on your right, which would be left now.
Continue past the zombie and through the door on the opposite side of the room. Through the hallway here will be 3 brokenhearts at the end intersection. Take them out and head left. When you reach an open area on the left, a Bandit will drop down from the ceiling to add to the zombies and brokenhearts already here. Take them all out and make your way through the door here. Inside this room will be a Worm Man right in front of you who is begging for a hurting. Take out the rest of the enemies in here and notice the blue treasure chest in the smaller room to the right. There is nothing terribly difficult in here as long as you don't take on too much at once. Clear out this area and make your way around the toppled shelves and head through the door on the left to another large area with a passage to the left.
Clear out the zombies and 4 brokenhearts here to get the treasure chest key. Run back to the chest, pop it open and get yourself another much needed backpack and come back the large room with the passage to the left. Head down it and take out the two Rustphages and Worm Man hanging out down it. Go through the door and down the ladder.
Old Trade Sector In
Run down the passage way taking out the Brokenhearts along the way. When you come to a passage on the right, turn down it and keep going until you come to a Trilizard. These guys are not fun to fight up close. Have everyone stay back since the lizard attacks with magic the majority of the time. The Trilizard changes his elemental attributes each round going from fire to cold to lightning and so forth. Use your magic attacks according to what his element is for that round. When he is defeated, keep going to through the door and to the end of the tunnel.
Make a right when you reach the end and go up the ladder. Hack open the red box here and make your way back down again. Head straight, past the hallway on the left, through the door and up the ladder.
Old Trade Sector B
Run out the door and down the hallway taking the first right. Continue down this corridor and head through the door. When you enter the room prepare for a nasty fight with some Worm Men. There are three bunched together and trying to fight them separately just never seems to work. Also there are a few Petrophages zooming about and a Zombie guarding a door on the right side of the room. You do not want to go in this room. There is no host to kill to permanently kill the zombies and there are 3 more in the room. Once you are in the room it is very hard to get back out. When you take out the three Worm Men you get a key for the blue chest by the door you entered from. The chest contains Ryu's skill "Circle Stage". Exit the room and go back down the ladder you climbed to get here.
Old Trade Sector In
Head straight down the hallway, through the doors and make a right at the first opportunity. Keep heading down this corridor, through the door until you reach the end. Turn right and continue down until you come across another Trilizard. Take him out and continue through the door and up the ladder.
Old Trade Sector B
Go forward down this hallway and make a left at the first turn. Head through the door and make a left again. Continue going left to a large garage door which will lead you to the Trinity Pit.
