Level Eleven

Sunny Dale Zoo

Ah back in control of Buffy again. Make your way forward and grab the stakes from the bench and construction stands. To the right of the area a door will open and two vamp chicks will come through. Kill them and make your way to the building in front of you with the stairs leading up. Enter the door and there will be three more doors, one on the left, right and one at the far end. In the one on the right will be a vamp who says you cannot pass and throws up a force field. Ok, go the other way and out the door with the green exit sign. When you get back outside you will be rushed by a lot of vamps and a lot of creatures. Take them all out and make your way left along the electrical fence to your right. Go through the door and keep going until you come to a few glass windows on the right that you can smash through.



Do so and hop into the pen. Climb up on the platforms and follow them around until you come to one across from you that you can jump to. It will have a med kit, some goodies and a key on it. Grab them all and make your way back to the main area where you started. Make your way into the large doors under the reptile house. Kill the vamps as you enter the area and save the girl at the far end for some goodies if you feel like it. Go up the stairs and through the door into the exhibit area. Kill the apes that rush you and make your way around tot eh far right where you will come to a glass case with a dark background. Smash the glass and climb into the display. Push on the back wall and a door will open to the zoo keepers entrance. Enter the hallway and kill the vamp inside. Head to the left and around the corner to the window on the wall.



Break it and hop through to get outside. Make a right around the building in front of you and head for the car. To the right of the car will be a med kit on the ground for you to grab. Continue all the way to the end of the area and to the right will be a fenced area with a large tank and an electrical locker on the wall. Kick the locker open and flip the switch inside to shut off the power. Make your way back towards the car and enter the garage door on the right. Press the button to enter and go through the fence gate. On the wall beside the door will be a ladder. Climb it and shimmy to the left and you will bring the gate down with your body. When you do, the gate to the next room goes up. When the gate is down, let go and run through the open gate before it closes.



Grab the relic from the bales of hay and exit through the door. Enter the door directly across from you and press the button to raise the gate. When you do, jump and grab the top of the gate and it will lift you up with it. Shimmy to the right and drop onto the platform. Grab the goods from the room in the back and then drop down to the floor below. Kill the vamp and head down the ladder. Follow the tunnel to the other end and climb back up the ladder there to come to an outside area. To the left will be a gate with a bale of hay near it and a set of windows that look inviting to smash. Do so and hop through and there will be a panel on the left wall with a switch. When you pull the switch, one gate goes up and one goes down. You need to push the hay against the gate while the one closest to you is up. Do that and then flip the switch and the gates will hit the hay not being able to close. Make your way through under the gate and bust through the glass on the right. Hop inside and grab the health a tranquilizer gun on the floor. Head out into the hall and to the right will be a gate.



Kick the lock and open it up. Follow the hall to another gate. Kick the lock again and continue through. Make your way out into the open area and make a left to go through the doors that will lead you back through the windows you smashed and into the pen where you climbed the platforms to get the key earlier on. Go back inside the pen there and kill the vamps and creatures before jumping along the platforms. When they are dead, make your way around the center and hop over to the far platform. Now you can jump up and grab the railing above you and shimmy all the way over to the right and drop down to grab another relic. Hop down and jump back through the window and make your way back to the beginning where you started. Make your way through the doors at the Jungle caf? and there will be some apes to kill.



Do so and there will be one more on the roof of the caf? that is throwing flaming things at you. Use the tranq gun and use R1 to aim up at him. Pop a few darts into him and he will fall over the roof along with the third relic. Grab it and head back to the beginning area and to the tiki statue across from the center building. Place all three stones on the statue and you will become invisible. Head inside and make a right to where the force field was. Walk past it and kill the vamp in the room. When he is dead, grab the African shield in the center of the room. Make your way back out and to the left to go back to the beginning area. When you exit the doors head to the right and enter the doors there and follow the passageway to the aquarium. Enter it and follow it to the end killing the apes along the way. When you get to the end Willow will tell you that the magician is using some sort of magic to protect the torso and you need to find a way to protect yourself. Already did that!



Equip the shield and when the magician shoots a ball of blue magic at you use L1 to block. Run over to him and kick his ass afterwards. Head down the stairs and get prepared for another boss fight. Now that you are face to face with Ripper, keep your distance from him and let him shoot his fireballs and summon apes to get you. Take them out and sidestep his slow fireballs until he casts clones of himself. When he does, rush at them and jump kick the middle one. Start beating on him and don't let him run. When he runs he is a bugger to catch and hit. After you give him a few shots, he will cast a force field and fly away from you and repeat the same pattern. When you have given him enough shots, he will dust and the mission ends.





Level Twelve

The Firsts' Lair

After the long scene where the gang puts Cassandra's body back together, Buffy is chosen as the champion to get Hopes Dagger back and use it to kill the first. Was there any doubt? Head directly left from the start and smash the boxes there to grab some stakes. Kill the vamps and creatures that show up and then make your way to the wooden structure ahead of the catapult. Jump up the left side of it and Buffy will grab the edge and climb up. Run and jump straight across to the walkway along the castle wall. You will grab the edge there as well and pull yourself up. If you don't want to make the long jump across then you can just push the wooden structure against the wall and climb up and walk across but that's the sissy way.



You can enter the door on the right which will take you inside to a hallway. Follow it around to the large double doors and grab the glass jars and battle ax from inside. Go to the rear of the room and take the torch that the suit of armor is holding. It will make the wall beside him spin and reveal two zombies in a room. Kill them and grab the key mould, glass jar and med kit from the ground. Head back out and put the torch back in the knights hand so you can exit the room. Make your way back out to the walk way and hop down to the courtyard. Walk to the back of the catapult and use it to throw a boulder through the door at the far end. Head for the door and a creature will jump out for a fight. Kill him and jump up below the door to grab the edge. Pull up and go through the door. Follow the hallway around the corner and on the left beside a torch will be the chapel door. Buffy says it's locked so continue around the next corner to the next door on the left where a vamp comes out.



Kill him and go through the door to be back outside in another courtyard. Kill the creatures here and you will see a few things around the area. One being a cannon on the right and a cart on the left. If you try to use the cannon Buffy will say that you need charcoal and sulfur. Ok then. Head to the cart on the left side of the court yard and give it a push. Open the door and kill the two vamps inside. Grab the charcoal dust from the left corner and then look at the fire pit beside you. Place the key mould on the front of it and then turn the handle on the right side. The molten metal will pour into the mould and create a skeleton key. Head back inside and down the hall to where the locked chapel door was. Enter the chapel and kill the two Bringers inside. Grab the candle sconce off the altar and make your way to the two bowls on the side of the room across from the statue. Use the glass jars on the right most bowl to create some holy water and the stakes on the left bowl to make gorgon stakes. Head through the large double doors and you will be back outside.



Grab the pitchfork on the ground if you like and follow the walkway. Some creatures will jump from the draw bridge on the right side over to you. Kill them and grab the crossbow at the end. Head back to the draw bridge and use the crossbow to shoot through the hole to the right of it. This will lower the bridge. Head across and open the door to find a bringer. Kill him and go through the next set of doors to come to another outdoor area. Kill the two creatures as you go down the stairs and then hop on the platform in the well. Ride it down and grab the med kit, gorgon stakes and sundial hand from the room below. Kill the zombies and head through the door. Follow the hallway to the end and go through the door there that will lead you up the stairs and back out to the courtyard. Since the rest of the doors are locked, head for the crates that are on a cart to the left.



Hop up and grab the edge of the walkway and make your way to the end. Open the door there and take out the vamp. Grab a second candle sconce from the left side of the room and go through the next door. Hop down off the walkway to the courtyard below and deal with the vamps. Use the sundial handle on the pedestal in the centre of the courtyard and it will open a secret passage to the left leading down. Go down and grab a sword and a few other goodies. Head out and go in the door on the left (if you are facing the door going down). Enter and take the stairs down a few steps and enter the door on the right. Follow the hallway to the end and go right again. Enter the large doors there to fight some vamps and grab some goodies. Make your way back out to the courtyard and to the large doors at the end of the area. There will be a circular design to the left of the door that Buffy say you will need a fancy key for. Head through the door to the left and you will enter a circular room will a round wooden floor.



Around the room on the walls are some blocks. Some are out and some are pushed in. Pull them all out and the center of the room will be an elevator that will take you down. Head through the door there and go to the right to take out some more Bringers. Head through the door and you will be in a room will a broken bridge spanning across it. Cross the bridge by walking along the left side and grab the med kit to the far right of the walkway on the other side. Head to the far left side and go through the door there. Enter and kill the vamp lurking about. Grab the sulphur block from the table on the right and make your way back to the elevator. When you ride it up, head back into the courtyard and jump on the cart with the boxes to be able to jump up and grab the ledge above. Pull up and head through the door to enter the courtyard with the well. Make your way up the stairs and back inside all the way across the drawbridge out of the chapel and to the right to reach to the other courtyard you were in earlier with the cannon.



When you enter, a bringer will step out of the room on the right. Kill him and enter to kill two more bringers down below. Go to the bottom and place the sulphur block on the large round stone. Next go to the corner of the room and pull the circle at the end of the rope to start the water wheel which will crush the sulphur. Grab the sulphur power and make your way back up the stairs to the cannon. Use the gunpowder on the cannon and it will blow a hole in the door on the far end. Make your way over to it and break away the rest of the wood so you can get through. Enter and take out the three bringers inside. Continue down the hallway and you will come to a large room with a dining table in the center. Kill the two vamps and then place the candle sconces on the left wall where they are missing on either side of the candle holder already there. Once they are in place, pull all three candle holder from left to right to open a secret passage. Enter it and deal with the three creatures inside. Kill them, grab the med kit form the corner and go through the small door. Follow this hallway all the way to the end where you will come to a weapons room that has Hope's Dagger on the far wall.



Grab the bright sword and exit through the door on the right and follow the hallway to the right and follow the staircase all the way up to the courtyard with the well in the center. A few vamps will attack out here, but with this fancy new sword you don't need to stake them. Just wail on them and they will dust from the sword. You are now making your way back to the court yard that had the sundial in the center so hop up the crates on the side and climb up to the walkway. Go to the left and go through the door and the next and you will be there. Jump down to the ground and head to the far left end where the circle design is beside the large door. Use the Hope's Dagger on it and it will unlock the large door. Go through to the end of the hall and enter the large door on the left. Again, go through the next room and enter the large door on the right. When you enter the next room you are in a show down with the First. The First has taken over Ethan's body but he has a few tricks up his sleeve.



When you enter the room you will see three pentagrams on the floor. Three bringers will jump down and start to pray on each one. Ethan at the far end will be behind a force field and you won't be able to harm him until the three bringers are dead or off their pentagram. Ethan has three attacks he uses against you. The first attack is a lightning attack from above. You can tell it's going to hit you when you see a purple circle appear beneath your feet. When it does, move out of the way. The second attack he has is a wave of power that shoots through the entire room. Hide behind a pillar to avoid being hit b it. The third attack he has is blue fire balls that he throws at you when his force field is down.



The way I defeated The First was to hide behind the pillar to the left and avoid the lighting attacks until he sent out his power wave through the room. Then I would rush out and kill the closest bringer and make my way over to the other side of the room behind a pillar there. I would avoid the lightning attack and again wait for the power wave to go through the room. I would do this for all three bringers and then walk up to Ethan and give him a whack. You can only hit him once and then Hope's Dagger will fly out of your hands. You need to run and pick it up and repeat the whole process again. There are a few med kits scattered around but chances arte you really won't need them. Ethan takes about 5-6 hits to kill and then it's game over! Congratulations!
