After you make your way through the training missions to get your bearing, the real fun begins as your squads are dropped into the middle of combat. Let’s get it on!



Chapter One

After the convoy is attacked, and you are finally in control, head north to meet up with Bravo team and enter the building in front of you to reach the objective to talk to Phillips. After the chat, you’ll need to run and pick up the wounded driver of the truck and return him to where you are. Head forward out of the CASEVAC and make a right using cover and the driver will be directly in front of you. Once you have him, quickly return to the CASEVAC and you will have a new objective of heading to the east and clearing the streets. Head east of out the CASEVAC and use the Sit Rep to save the game so far. Head to the north and around the corner to the east. Continually have alpha and bravo cover each other as you continue east through the area. When you pass the small garage like structure on the left, go around the left corner to pop the enemy there.



Continue to the end and make a right and another right to come to an archway on the left. You will get a radio call now telling you to sit tight until the tanks show up. Well screw that. Send in alpha to use the pile of rubble in the archway as cover and have Bravo run to the next corner through the tunnel. When they reach it, the tanks will show up and start clearing out the area. Use the Sit Rep that appears and you will have a new objective of rescuing a fire team to the north east of your position. Head to the far east and then north when you are below the objective on the map. There will be a few enemies using some good cover as you head east, so make sure you stay covered and take them out with out taking casualties. You can head south and swing around east to come up beside them if you need to take an easier route or find that you can’t hit them. When they are down, head north through the alley and there will be two enemies behind bunkers.



Use your grenade launcher to remove them easily and head forward to the objective spot to get a scene. After the scene plays and you have your new objective to meet back up with the tank that helped you earlier. Head south back through the alley you just came through and go west to the CASEVAC there. Heal up and head north to the Bradley. Hide behind the tank and call in on the radio to learn that you now need to take out the machine gun nests along the way that are hurting the light armor. From behind the tank, head west and go behind the car and the building there on the left side. The machine gunner nest will be on the far right at the corner so make sure you don’t walk around out in the open. From behind the small structure just past the car, run west to the wall and head north along it to enter the door way there. Inside will be two enemies. Kill them by distracting them with one team and circling around with the other. When they are dead, head through the opening in the north to come up behind the gunner. Pop him and the mission will end.

Chapter Two

Now that you are ready to roll, head north and east and there will be a bunker on the south side past the blue wall with a few enemies there. Have one team behind the car in the north of the area and the other team creeps up along the south side. You will get a call about a RPG team on road to convoy and you will be told to take them out. Move to the east and on the north side will be a Sit Rep. Save there and head to the north through the small alleyway. Pop the tango on the left side on the other side of the white wall and have the team continue forward to the corner. Pop around to kill the tango there and a Sit Rep will appear to the east. Have both teams head towards it and save quickly. Now you can head either NE or SE. Since the RPG soldiers are still alive, head SE and down the street on the right. At the end will be the RPG behind a bunker. Let him come out and tag him down. Once he is dead, you will get a call and tell you to head east.



Head back up to where you just were and follow the tank and truck. When you get to them a scene will play and a CASEVAC will be set up. Now you will need to continue to the airport still but will need to investigate that the tank yard has been blown up good. Heal at the CASEVAC and head to the east and around the corner going north. When you get there a Sit Rep will appear. Make your way to the open yard and across to the Sit Rep. Save there and have both teams move to the objective spot under the blue diamond. When both teams are there, head to the east to the large opening in the wall there and a scene will play showing you the enemy armor and RPG. Move the teams in and use the destroyed tanks for cover. Have one team on the north side and use the corner closest to the RPG soldier for cover. Take him out with a grenade and then your Bradley will be free to enter the area and take out the enemy armor. Once it does, you will complete the mission and be on to the next.

Chapter Three

For the first part of the mission you will simply be heading north and wiping out everyone in your path. Have a recon done to spot enemies and then head forward and to the left. In the north street, there will be a machine gun behind a bunker and two US soldiers pinned down at the corner. Move a team behind a car on the left side and fire a grenade behind the bunker. After the enemy there blows, another will take the gun. Take him down as well. If you don’t have any more grenades to launch, you’ll need to have one team fire at them while the other team runs down the alley to the west. From there they can take out the enemies there, the sniper on the roof and then circle around to flank the machine gun soldier. When he’s down and you have the soldiers saved, a scene will play and the next objective will be up. Save at the Sit Rep and you will then need to head north to get the engineer to the stinger missiles.



From the Sit Rep, move across the street and down the alley leading East. Follow it around using the corners for cover and pop the few tangos as they appear. Use the Sit Rep that appears in the small area on the right and then continue down the street. Make a left to head west at the end and there will be an enemy there behind a cart. Take him down and head down the next alley on the left to go south. At the end of this small alley will be the missiles so clear it out and have Charlie run his way to them to trigger a scene and the next objective. After you reach them, you will need to head back south and along the main street to reach the rendezvous point. Head all the way back to the main street where the machine gun station was but head north when you see it and follow the street all the way around until you reach the lieutenant. You don’t have to go this way though; you can just go due west of the stingers and reach him as well.



After you talk to him, you can save at the SitRep that appears to the east and will need to move a bit farther north and clear out the parking lot there. Head north and then west and then north again. When you come to the red car at the far end, hang a left and the parking lot will be there. Tag the one tango as you enter and three more will appear to the north. 2 will run across to the NW corner so be careful of them. The objective is to the due west and they will attack as you approach it. Take them down and a SitRep will appear for you. Save there and walk a few steps west to reach the objective to trigger a scene with the 101st. After the scene the recon will tell you where the enemies are coming and how many. It will switch back and forth from the North side and the West side a few times but each time there will be a few enemies to pop. When they are all down, head south and you’ll run into some rangers that exit the hotel. Now you need to head to the south and around the corner to the rendezvous point.

Chapter Four

As the mission starts all you need to do is head due south through the opening. Use the boxes there for cover and move forward a bit at a time. When you reach the far end, kill the enemies there and use the Sit Rep against the far wall. Save and head east and there will be an enemy to the north behind a truck there. Take him down and east some more and turn south. Kill the few enemies there and there will be a warehouse opening on the right. Enter there and at the far end will be a SitRep. Have both teams head to it and save and make your way back out. Head south and then west through the alley there and you will enter a wide open area to the south. Blow the crates the enemies use for cover and continue further south to the SitRep that appears. Head due East through the metal fence there and go to the south after you enter.



Save there and continue along south and west at the end. Peek around the corner and you will be given an update to take out enemy RPG soldiers. Make your way forward and there will be a line of cars to the left. Follow them after you take down all the enemies here and move from car to car. In the center of the area in a large circular area with a tank on the other side. Stay to the left side and use the walls there for cover. When both teams have moved to the objective, you will have to call in the air strike to take out the tank. Do so and a CASEVAC will be set up right behind you. Go there and talk to the lieutenant and heal up. Go to the SitRep and you’ll be on your way to the baggage terminal.



Head all the way back through the way you came, all the way back to the metal gate and continue to go west past the hummer there. Save at the SitRep that appears there and continue to the west. On the north side about half way down the street will be an alley with an enemy. Ignore it and go past the next one until you come to the corner at the end that leads north to a bunch of crates and a demolished tank. Head that way and fight the few enemies there and head to the west when you get to the end. A SitRep will appear there for you to save at. Do so and continue south west to the cover there. A heavy gunner will appear in the window above and will cut down your team in no time if you aren’t careful. Use a grenade on him and continue to the west to the next large area with more crates and enemies.



There will be one pain in the ass enemy who stays behind a cart that is very hard to hit. Have one team go around to the right, around a large green jet and take him down from there. When he goes down, the SitRep appears and you can save. Now make your way SW and south and you’ll encounter two more enemies behind crates and piles of rocks. Take them down and at the end of the area will be where the fire team has some enemies pinned down. Help the soldiers there take them out and the mission will end when they are dead.

Chapter Five

Now that you have the Airport under control, it’s time to hit the palaces and clear them out. Make your way north to start and you will be enroute to meet up with Phillips at the CASEVAC. As you get to the first corner on the left, there will be an RPG soldier there. Move the teams up the alley one at a time so that one runs and one covers. When you get to the alley way near the RPG soldier on the right, head down and to the left at the end. Head to west and you will be told to help the NATO soldiers. Continue to head west and there will be an alley leading north with a sniper on a balcony. Take him out and the soldier on the ground and continue back along the alley going west to the next corner. Take out the enemy there and head north to find some NATO soldiers who were pinned down.



After the scene, save at the Sit Rep and head south back down the alley to where the RPG soldier was on the balcony. Continue going south and you will get a call to tell you to continue to the CASEVAC. Head west and then south through a warehouse type opening. Destroy the crate the enemy is hiding behind to get a clear shot at him. Continue through and head west and then north. Kill the enemy behind the car and the next enemy to the west at the corner. Make your way to his position and continue going west to where you’ll see a large archway. Inside that arch is Phillips but there are tango’s to the left and right of it. Have a team run to the far left behind the dumpster there to take out the two enemies there and then the enemy on the right will run over so that he is wide open for the other team to take out. When they are dead, make sure both teams enter the archway to the west and enter it to reach the CASEVAC. If you don’t have both teams in the archway, a scene will trigger when you try to go in it and the next Sit Rep won’t be there.



After you talk to Philips, save at the SitRep and get your health and ammo filled and head back out the archway to watch the tank there get smoked. Now you need to escort the remaining tank to the palace. Head up the street to the north and around the corner will be the RPG soldier that took out the tank. Take him down and his cronies by using suppressing fire and the car on the street for cover. When the two enemies are dead, have one team go to the corner at the end of the street and the other go through the archway on the north side of the street. Have the team going north; go through the archway and west at the far end of the area. Have them draw the fire of the enemies around the next corner while the other team that is waiting on the other street pop around and take them out easily. Now the Bradley will roll through so just follow it back down the street by the archway and to the palace where it will blow the entrance.

Chapter Six

Head north to the palace gate and head through the opening on the east and then north again to the next opening. Kill the enemy on the roof and creep into the open area. There will be four enemies on the rooftops, two to the left and two to the right. Pop them and head for the SitRep that appears in the NE corner. Save there and then head east to encounter a scene. After it is over, continue heading east and take out the enemy around the north corner. Move to the corner and take out the two enemies that are in the right portion of the courtyard. After they are toast another SitRep will appear. Save and then call in a report and you will be told to locate a weapons cache. Head to the corner on the opening to the east and pop the tango on the roof. Sneak through the opening and on the far east side will be the weapons cache. Pop the rooftop enemies and then head through the doorway on the North wall.



An enemy will appear on a balcony there so take him out before going through and save at the SitRep. Head through the opening afterwards and move to the next corner where there will be two more enemies to the right. Kill the one on the roof and then suppress the hidden one. When he is suppressed, have the other team move to the right, behind the blue wall and take him down. Head west and at the end of the street there will be two more enemies well hidden. Suppress them and alternate between teams so that you can get each to the North where the CASEVAC is. Heal up and get ammo and make your way west, then south and then west again to the SitRep that appears. Don’t worry about the enemies you didn’t kill, the rangers at the CASEVAC took care of them for you.



Save there and continue north and then west to the objective diamond until a scene plays. After it is over, pick up the casualty and head for the SitRep that appears. Now you need to make your way back to the CASEVAC where you first entered the palace. Make your way back along the road although this time going south and Southeast, simply follow the same path that you took earlier. Head to the south and you will run into a slim opposition until you get near the CASEVAC. There will be an enemy down each of the two alleys you pass to the west but when you enter the large area to the south, there will be a rooftop sniper on the North wall. Run to the south and hide behind the box there and pop him.



When he’s dead, move south to the next open area and pop the lone tango there. When he goes down, a SitRep will appear in the next area to save at. Do so and head west to the opening. Go through and a scene will trigger with a plane crashing. After it is over, another SitRep will appear to the far north. Save there and head west and you will come to an enemy at the end of a long street hiding behind a wall. Fire a grenade to take him down and continue in to the next large area. Stick to the south wall and go through the opening. Continue forward and then through the large set of doors to reach the CASEVAC. When you reach the red circle the mission ends.

Chapter Seven

Now that it’s nice a hazy out, you are on your way to find the airplane wreckage in this very short mission. Head east down the alley right beside you. Around the corner to the north will be a tango hiding. Either fire a grenade at him or suppress him and have the other team take him down from beside his position. Continue around the corner and there will be another enemy to the north behind a car. Toss a frag at him to take him down and continue NE to the opening on the left. Enter and follow the corridor NW and north outside to find a truck. When you get to it a scene will play with a medic. After it is over, save at the SitRep and you will now need to find the technical and disable it. Head to the NE corner and go around the half wall there. Kill the tango and move east up the street until the technical appears.



Head south down the street and then swing around east up the alley way there. When you pop the enemy behind the cart, the technical will take off and a SitRep will be available where it was parked. After you save, head around the corner and head to the south. Hide behind a wall there and fire at the truck, then have the other team move west and then south to the end of the road. Head up the east side and nail the gunner on the back on the technical. Continue to go east and you will be told to find the armor and mark it. Head to the corner on the south side at the end of the street there and a short scene will play with some tanks. After it is over, head back to the street and go to the east and south. Kill the two enemies in the area here and then hide behind the green fences to call in the air strike. I had to call it in twice but that could have been because I tried to run right after calling it in. Wait for it to come in and the mission will end when you torch the tank there.

Chapter Eight

Now you’re on your way to the university to regroup with your platoon and help the others out. Start by moving south around the CASEVAC and there will immediately be two enemies in the alley there. Take them down and head to the end of the alley to find another enemy there. When he goes down, a SitRep will appear to the east. Save and then continue to the west. When you hit the corner, you’ll get a call about the mortars blowing up around you and will be told to find another way into the university. Head back east to where the sit rep was and continue down the alley there. Make your way to the end and head south and you will enter a large area with a machine gunner on the left side behind a bunker. Make your way forward to the rubble pile and then due east to get behind the tree stand and take them down.



From there head to the SW corner of the area and you’ll meet the rest of the US troops. After the scene, you’ll have an extra soldier with you that can place charges and will need to place one on the tank there to the SW. Save at the SitRep that appears and move one team south west and one team south east. There will be a few enemies there to deal with but they can be taken down easily with point fire and a grenade. When the enemies are toast and only the tank to the west is left, have one team distract it while Charlie runs up to it from the opposite side to lay the charge. When he does, a scene will play and the tank will blow. When its toast head for the gate to the SW and there will be some soldiers there to meet up with. When you do a short scene will play and the mission will end.

Chapter Nine

After the long intro scene, move the squads west. Your GPS will show that you only have to go west and then north, but nothing is ever that simple. Make your way to the end of the street to where the rig and cars are. There will be enemies on the left and right. There will be two on the left in buildings up above and one on the right on the street. Take out the enemies as best you can or just suppress them to get past. Enter the building on the west side and use the SitRep there. Once you are ready, head through the south entrance and kill the three enemies on the far balcony to the west. Continue west and there will be sniper on the west wall. Instead of trying to take him down, head for the west wall so that he doesn’t have a shot at you. When you reach the blue objective diamond, a scene will play and the rangers arrive to clean up the snipers.



After the scene, use the SitRep and CASEVAC to the southeast to get some health and ammo. If you used a lot trying to keep the sniper suppressed, you’ll need it. When you’re ready, head north to the crash site. Now you need to secure the area by killing every enemy you see. Head north and then west and north again. Continue clearing the area out and enter the building directly across from where you entered the street where the flames are. Make a right and head east through the passage and kill the enemy in there.



Make your way back out to the street still going east and using the wreckage for cover. Enter the next opening across the street and take out the enemy on the right, behind the fire. When he’s down, go through the doorway to the left and take out the enemy behind the rubble at the far wall. Make your way through the room and outside the next door will be a few more enemies across the street behind cover. When you go to enter the street, you will be told that there are hostages in a van. Take out the two enemies out on the street and a scene will play. As the hummer takes off after the van, you are told your mission is to hold the street. After the scene, the mission is over and you’re thrown right into the next one.

Chapter Ten

Now that the ace of spades has shown his face in the area, he could be a welcome bonus to just clearing out the enemies on your way to meet the rangers. Start your squads heading east. As you round the corner going north, there will be some enemies on the east side of the street. Use the corner to suppress them and have the other team move to the cars to take out the enemies. Clear the last enemy from the first alley to the east and then start your way to the end of the street going north. Set one team at the corner and have another run up the first alley going east and then north. Toss a grenade from behind the dumpster to take out the only enemy and then you will be able to take out the two tangos that have the other team pinned down. When you have them all take out, head east down the street and a civilian will be there waving for you to follow him.



Run up to him and a scene will play. As the squads talk to the civilian a truck will roll up to create a CASEVAC for you. After the scene, get ammo and heal and save at the SitRep. Continue north down the street and hide behind the car there. Suppress the enemies that appear down the street and have the other team run west to the next car for cover to take them out. Make your way down the street to the end and you will need to do exactly what you did at the beginning of this mission and have one team head for the end of the street and have the other run up the alley way to get behind the enemies. When you run up the alley, you will notice the rangers on the right. Take out the enemies to the north and make your way south afterwards to get them.



When you reach them, a scene will start and they will then join your crew as squad Charlie. Save at the SitRep and make your way east, past where you found the rangers. When you reach the end of the street, set bravo and alpha at the corner to fire on the enemies and have Charlie go behind the car to pop the tangos. As long as the rangers aren’t being fired at, they can take out the enemies using cover. Continue north and then west down the street. There will be two more groups of enemies here to have the two squads fire at again while Charlie pops them. When they are done, continue down the street going west and then north and another scene will play as the CASEVAC sets up. When it is done pulling in, the mission ends.
