20 Lanes Bowling Alley:

After the opening scene, kill the few demons and make your way out of the apartment. Head down the stairs and enter the bowling alley. Make your way through it and you will get attacked by waves of demons. Take them all out and the door at the far end will open. Follow the hallway here around and up the stairs to the clothing company door. Shoot the glass above the door with the shotgun and then move the crate in front of it. Climb up and through and make a right around the next corner. Follow the room through to the office on the right and kill the rats that appear. When they are dead, move the cabinet that blocked the door and go through. Follow the hallway to the end and again use the shotgun to blow open the window and climb out to the catwalk. Follow it to the corner and head up the stairs there. Hop through the window at the top and continue down the hall to the next room. Make a left and follow the hallway to the door there. Again move the crate in front of it and hop through.

Kill the rush of demons that spawn and make your way to the door to the left of where you entered. Go through and you will face off against some Impalers. Kill them and head up the hallway and a scene will play with the janitor. After he leaves, head through the next door and go through the offices to the storage room. Kill the demons that appear and head to the right. Use the true sight to see the mark on the wall and put your back to it there. Shimmy behind the shelf and then head up the ladder. When you reach the top, you will have to break the spell to get the stash. This puzzle is a pain in the butt. Basically all you need to do look at the bottom of each candle and there will be an arrow. You need to move each candle so that they point to a tip of the pentagram on the floor. When you move each candle to a circle that is not lit up red and points to a tip, the candle will light. When you have all five candles lit, you can grab the gargoyle spell. Grab it and use it on the demons that enter and the mission will end.

Hell’s Highway:

For the first part of this mission all you need to do is keep moving forward killing the demons in your path. Eventually you will come to a large hole that you won’t be able to pass until everyone is dead. Once they are, head up the left side of it and continue down the slope to the next slope leading up. When you get up there, go to the left and use the wall hugging to slip past the cars there. Climb up the ladder as soon as you get out and walk across the truck there. Hop down and head for the tunnel ahead of you. When you near the edge on the left, two impalers will appear. Take them out and then start hopping across the pillars.

Make your way to the door way on the far side but don’t bother entering it. Climb up the right side of the rubble pile outside the door and there will be a small opening. Squeeze through and come out the other side. As you land, a Behemoth will come running at you. Take it down and head for the pillar at the far end. Hop across to the bus and continue down the highway. Make a left and run up the small slope there and continue forward down the road killing all the demons that show up. There will be lots to kill so have fun with it. Enter the building at the end of the road and run up the hill on the left side to enter a room with a Behemoth. Take it down and a fireball will blow open the path for you. Keep on through the hole and you will reach the Temple. When you do, a swarm of enemies will show up. Take them all out and the gates to the temple will open. Enter it and the mission will end.

Hell’s Temple:

Make your way to the right and crawl under the collapsed beams there. Head left around the corner and enter the small opening beside the revolving door. Follow it around and make your way to the right. When you enter the lobby, you will remark about the vault being closed and that the statue above looks like it will fall. Head to the far side of the room and grab the movable block there and move it back to the where the symbol is that you can see with the true sight. Climb into the opening and hop up to the second floor. Run around the walkway to the statue and push it over. When it falls, it will create a hole in the floor. Make your way back down to the first floor and hop down the hole. Follow the corridor out to the vault and you will see that you need to complete five trails to get into the vault. Sit in the chairs and you will be taken to each trail.

Trial of Anger:

Walk forward down the hall and keep going straight. Eventually the lights will go out and the hall will flash red as demons appear. Kill them all and continue to go straight down the corridor. When you reach the end, walk out to the open area and you will face off against a behemoth. Take him down and you will get the piece needed for the vault. Head back down the corridor to the electric chair and hop on it to get back to the vault room. Head to the next chair.

Trial of Death:

This test is actually pretty easy to do. When you enter the room with the large table, there will be three paintings on the wall with three tiles in front of each. When you step on the tiles, the painting will spin. When you step off it, it will stop. Stand on each tile and step off it when the painting shows death on a horse. If you stop it when it is a demon showing, those demons will come and attack you. Each painting will spin faster then the previous so getting the last one with out summoning a demon can be tricky. Once you have all three paintings showing death, the table will break and you will have your piece for the vault. Grab it and head to the chair.

Trial of Pain:

For this one, you need to enter the hallway and kill the few Bastado’s that appear. Make your way to the end of the hallway and cross the pillars until some tiles rise up with pictures of moons on them. If you step on the right one, you won’t get hurt. Just run right across them and grab the piece and health on the ledge at the far side. Walk to the edge when you have it and more tiles will rise up. Simply run back to the chair and hop on the next.

Trial of Temptation:

Head forward and you will notice that everything is upside down. Kill the Bastado’s on the ceiling and then make a right. Follow this hallway and make another right and you will come around a corner to a lever. Pull it and make your way around the corner. Make a left and then a right and enter the red lit room to find the key on the table. Head back to the left and make another left to come to another lever. Pull it and head back around the corner and make another left. Climb up and make your way to the door there. Go through and you can grab the piece off the desk. Once you do, there will be swarm after swarm of enemies that rush in. Take them all down, using gargoyle is a smart move, and then head out of the room. Head back to the chair and to the vault room.

Trial of Fear:

Now for the last test. Make your way forward and kill the Bastado’s in your path. When you reach the end of the path, kill the swarm of demons that appear and head for the structure. Climb up the ladder and each time you go up a level more demons will appear. Continue up and make sure you don’t fall off the ledges. If you do, you die. Make your way to the cross and push it over to get the last tumbler. When you have it, make your way back down to the ground the same way and head for the chair.

Once you are back in the vault room, load each tumbler into the vault door and it will open for you. Watch the scene and the mission will end.

Balthazar Zynergy Registry:

Make your way up the stairs towards the desk and the bars on the entrance will close. Head into the office on the left and grab the key card from the desk to the right. Head back over to the bars and use the card to get through. Continue forward and to the right and you will come to a hall of elevators. Kill the guards that appear and then hop in the far elevator on the right side. Ride it up to the 38th floor and get out to face off against some Bastado’s and demons. When they are dead, head down the hallway to the doorway and make a right. Go through the door there and face off against the guards there. When they are toast, head to the right and head through the open door to face off against a woman. You can just kill her quickly with a Moses Shroud and then some guards will rush into the room. Take them down and head to the long hallway on the left. Follow it to the end and make your way around the corner and into the room on the left. Enter the back office and there will be a water pool there that you can use to teleport to hell.

The Reckoning:

As you start this level, make your way up the center hallway and follow it around until you come to a set of broken stairs. Climb up them and continue all the way to the top. Head around the floor there until you reach Balthazar again. After the scene with him, continue to the far end of the room and you will find a load of goodies and a water ampoule there. Use it and you will be back on earth. Kill the guards there and head out of the room. Make your way to the right and then blow the glass to the office there. Enter it and move the Atlas statue to the marker on the wall beside the couch. Once you have it there, head back to the room you came from and use the water to return to hell again and this time run to the office where you moved the statue. It will be broken now and you will be able to climb up and over it.

Climb over the rubble and follow the corridor to the stairs. Head up them and through the next floor, through the blowing fire sparks to find Balthazar again. After he vanishes again, kill all the demons in the room and head out to the rooftop area on the right. Kill the Seplatives after the scene and grab the water ampoule when it drops. Use it and you will be back on earth ready to face off against Balthazar. To defeat Balthazar, you need to use the Demon Leech spell. Use the pillar to the left as soon as you start as cover and cast the spell. Step out to the center walkway and let him hit you with his fire. It will bounce off your shield and reflect back at him to hurt him. When the shield wears off, head back behind the pillar and take shots at the Seplatives to get more power. When you have enough to cast the spell again, repeat the same pattern until Balthazar falls.
