Use the side of the building for cover to take out the deadites and then run over to hide behind the truck to take out the bird creatures. Grab them one at a time with the harpoon and take them down. Once they are all dead, then you can go after the huge deadite. Use the flamethrower on him to take him down the fastest and then enter the building. Smash the egg and grab the soul and head out. There will be a swarm of deadites that appear at first along with the grim reaper. Take them all out and fire at the reaper as you run, chasing Sam. Once you get to the alley outside of the hardware store, there will be a massive rush of skeletons to deal with but they aren’t that tough. Once they are all dead, follow Sam back to Peepers and give Sam the kick inside. Walk into Peepers and the mission will end.

The Temple

Head to the left and wall creep along the ledge there and hop across the platforms to the other side. Enter the doorway and use the flame thrower on the green flames to turn them orange and to open the door. When you enter, a gang of skeletons will appear. Take them out and use the harpoon on each of the flame platforms to lower them. Take the stairs beside each one and light them on fire to open the door. Head through and make your way to the right. Kill all the skeletons that appear and keep going till you come to the ramp towards the center. Light Sam on fire and give him a kick into the center piece to open the next door. Head through after killing more deadites and light the three torch platforms on fire to raise the stairs.

Head up them and make a right to find a save point. Continue along the walkway killing everything in your path until you reach the next doorway on the left. Enter the room and you will need to face off against a swarm of enemies that keep appearing over and over. Keep killing them all until the stairs finally rise. Head up them when they do and light the flames and save your game. Enter the next room and make your way to the left. Light the flames there and go through the door and through the next room. Light the flames there as well and you will be back outside. Make your way left past the blood pools and enter the next door. Go through the room there and through the next door to come to some stairs. Save there and head up them and you’ll be back in the circular room.

Kill the deadites as you head left and then light the flames and go through the door. Use the torch ahead of you and then run into the next room and quickly make your way up the stairs on the left and light the flame there. Run back down and quickly run up the other set of stairs on the far side and light the other flame. Run up the stairs in the center and make your way left. Use the torch there and quickly run up the stairs to the platform there. Kill the deadites and then use the harpoon to lower the platform on the statue. Light Sam and kick him up there to light it. Head back down the stairs to the torch and go past it and wall creep along the ledge there. Here you will find another torch to open and set on fire. Do so and head up the stairs and take out the deadites there. Once they are all dead, pull down the platform and again, kick the flaming Sam on to it. Once it lights, the stairs in the center will rise. Walk up them and head up the blood ramp to the entrance there.

Watch the scene with Dr. Reinhard and then the final battle will start. This battle can be a bit tough at times but once you get the pattern down, it gets much easier. When the doctor attacks, stay away from him and use the flamethrower to set him on fire and then circle around him blasting him with the bomb lance. Once he loses enough life, he will run over to the nerconomircon to get more health. Wait till he grabs it and then target the book and kick Sam onto it to stop him. When he walks back to attack, keep doing the same thing over and over and the good doctor will eventually fall. Watch the ending scene and that’s game completed!
