Siding with Wernher

If you decide to side with Wernher, head over to Sandra and Marie and take Marie. You'll have to kill or sneak by all of the Raiders in here, so do be careful. if you still have the Chinese Stealth Suit from Operation Anchorage, it can be a huge help here as it will allow you to save ammo and time and sneak around. If you don't have it, or your sneak skill still isn't high enough, kill anyone who gets in your way and escape Haven.

Once outside there's a whole lot of rioting going on, so defend yourself as necessary but your goal is to make it to Midea with the baby. Once there, speak to Midea and she'll tell you that her and Wernher plan on researching the cure on their own and then ransoming Marie back to the Raiders. Fun! You can't leave the baby with Midea, so she'll tell you to go to the Steelyard and meet up with Wernher.

Once you've arrived at Wernher's hideout, he'll tell you of his lovely plan to let the Trogs overrun Haven and kill all of the Raiders. Sounds simple, except for the part where you have to take out Uptown's floodlights. To do that, Wernher will tell you head to the Power Plant and find the switch to take out the floodlights. He'll also give you a Stealth Boy so that you can survive the upcoming Trog apocalypse. Once you're done talking to Wernher, head back out into the Steelyard and head to the door on your local map marked Pitt Underground. The door is actually a manhole but you get the idea.

Once in the Pitt Underground, keep heading towards your compass marker, eliminating Trogs as necessary. There are a lot of the blasted things, so keep an eye out for First Aid kits to make your job easier. Once you get to the floodlight control terminal, shut off the floodlights and then hightail it out of there to Market Square. Right by the door to Market Square is a workbench and a bed if you feel like taking a nap, or if you've scrounged up enough stuff to build a weapon. I know that I need a good eight hours of sleep before running for my life through a mutant infested city. Once you're ready, head out the door to Uptown.

To make life easier, as soon as you head out the door to Uptown, fast travel to downtown, thereby eliminating the need to sneak by, or kill any trogs. If you'd rather see Ashur get his final reward via trog, move forward from where you leave the Power Plant and watch him get his. Once in downtown, follow your map marker to the square outside of Midea's quarters where Midea volunteered you to fight in the games. There you can talk to Wernher and get your Booster Shot perk as well as quests to keep bringing steel ingots to the foreman, or to bring Teddy Bears to Midea. You'll also have access to the ammo press in the Mill to make ammo. Whatever you decide to do from here, you're free to come and go from the Pitt as you need to.

That's it; you're now Lord of the Pitt.

Mill Worker - 20 pts

Trogs and Wildmen (think Raiders) abound in the steelyard so be wary and keep an eye on your compass for red marks at all times. You'll need ten ingots to move the game's story along, but if you decide to go for more, here are the rewards given for every ten ingots:

10 ingots - Laborer outfit (+1 to Agility, Endurance and Strength)

20 ingots - Filtration helmet (+10 rad resistance)

30 ingots - Steel Knuckles (Unarmed - 15 damage)

40 ingots - Metal Master Armor - unique laser rifle(36 damage resistance, -1 Agility, +10 Unarmed, +10 Energy Weapons)

50 ingots - Metal Blaster (Energy Weapons - 55 damage)

60 ingots - Bombshell Armor (24 damage resistance, +10 Big Guns, +10 Explosives)

70 ingots - Leather Rebel (30 damage resistance, +1 Charisma)

80 ingots - The Mauler - unique Auto Axe (Melee weapons- 63 damage)

90 ingots - Perforator - unique Infiltrator (Small guns - 40 damage)

100 ingots - Tribal Power Armor (+15 AP, +5 Melee Weapons, +1 Luck, +1 Strength, -1 Agility)

You're free to return to Everett as much as you want to get better weapons and armor, but this guide leads you to the next ingot from the last one so be sure you know where you left off in your search. If, instead, you want to return all 100 to Everett at once, you'll have to give them back to him ten at a time. Annoying, but you won't get the achievement until you give all 100 ingots to Everett.

1. As soon as you enter the steelyard, there are two ingots in front of you. Get the assault rifle and ammo too.

2. Head deeper into the steelyard and go up the ramp on the left to the top of the train. Go to the end, turn left and jump into the dumpster. Two ingots in here.

3. Jump into the next dumpster for two ingots.

4. Cross to the third dumpster, then jump down and look in the smaller dumpster for three ingots and a dead slave.

5. Move forward away from the dumpsters, pass the stairs on your left and look diagonally to your right towards the burning barrel. Head past this barrel and towards the door called "Supply Plant" on your map. Enter the supply plant. Head forward through this room, then through the next room, then into the third room and take a left when you can. There are three ingots on the floor.

6. Keep heading forward from the ingots, take a left, move through the next room and then take a left and head forward. At the end of the walkway go down the stairs and then left, left again, forward and then left. Go forward to the railing and look down to see a pile of gore and a mine cart with a Protectron in it. Jump down and head through the doorway beyond the gore pile. Move forward through the next room to the shelf with the first aid kits on it. You can hack the nearby terminal to release a Protectron. Take the door to the right of the shelves and follow the tunnel all the way to the end to eight ingots.

7. Go all the way back to the shelves and this time take the door to the left of the shelves. Take this hallway until you can take a left, then immediately look for a locked door on the right. Open the door to find six ingots.

8. Take a right out of this room, then forward, then left up the stairs. Head through the doorway and towards your left to the bed and an ingot on a desk next to the bed. There's also a special Auto Axe called Man Opener.

9. Make your way out of the power plant. By now you should have enough ingots to move the story along if you want to return to Everett. If you're going for all 100 take a right and walk along the fence. Take out the trogs and keep moving forward until you get to a pile of gore. There are two ingots here.

10. Go back to the stairs by the dumpster. Go up the stairs, cross the plank and take a left. Head forward and then take a right into the trailer to find two more ingots as well as a couple of first aid kits.
