Firefighter: Fire trucks are a lot rarer in Liberty City, so head to the firehouse in the Northwood section of Algonquin and pick up an engine. For this one you need to speed over to the site of the fire and then use the touch screen to aim your fire extinguisher similar to how you lob grenades. Put out the fire before the time runs out and move on to the next one. Get a gold medal and you get the fire retardant suit.

Noodle Run: There are two Noodle Run missions, one in the Chinatown section of Algonquin and one in the Cerveza Heights section of Broker. The missions are the same for both: get in the Noodle truck and deliver your hot, tasty noodles before time runs out. Oh, did I mention that other, rival noodle shops will be trying to kill you? No? Well, they are. Get gold medals in both and you'll get the health regeneration boost.

Excess Delivery: Similar to the Noodle Run, there are two missions, you have to make deliveries and rival companies are trying to kill you. There are two differences here though, one is that you'll have a henchman along for the ride; the second is that you have to first pick up the package to be delivered and then make the delivery. This means that your rivals can get to the package first, pick it up and then make the delivery. Speed and lots of ammo are important here, as is keeping your delivery van in one piece as once it blows up, you'll have to start the whole thing all over again. Get gold in both and you'll get the baggy pants which doubles the amount of drugs you can carry. One mission is in Middle Park East in Algonquin and the other is in the Industrial section of Bohan.

HoboTron: Go to the graveyard in the northern part of Colony Island to start this odd job. Here you'll find six waves of hobos/zombies to deal with. You'll get a new gun at the beginning of each wave. Use your GPS to find more ammo and armor (green blips) while avoiding the shambling hordes (red blips). The enemies get progressively better armed going from fists to running with Molotovs, so keep your distance, get the good weapons and survive. There's no reward for getting gold this one other than the knowledge that hobos tell stories of your rampages to scare little hobos into eating their vegetables.

Rampages

Rampages are back! Whee! In a rampage you're tasked with killing as many people as possible and score as many points as possible before time runs out. You can use any weapon you want, but you get more points for using the provided weapon, plus the provided weapon has unlimited ammo. The key to big scores in rampages is to get chains which are uninterrupted streams of destruction where you kill dudes and blow up stuff without letting up on the fire button or reloading.

There are 30 rampages total although some are in the same place, just with different weapons. Get bronze in all of them to get credit towards 100%. Rather than explain exactly where they all are, instead here's a list of how many rampages are in each section. Head to the section, look for the skull and have fun killing.

As you progress through the main story you'll get messages telling you that new weapons are available for you to train with at the Liberty City Gun Club. Well, heed these messages as you'll need to spend time working on your shooting skills to get 100%. The gun club is located south west of the airport and allows you to train with a pistol, a shotgun, an SMG, grenades and the sniper rifle. As with everything else, you only need to score bronze in each to count towards 100% however getting gold in everything will score you a discount on guns and ammo. Granted, it's not as good a discount as simply hijacking an AmmuNation truck, but sometimes that's just not feasible.
