Rothchild will tell you that the Enclave are still communicating with each other despite being strewn across the Wastes. He'll also tell you of the plan to knock out the Enclave's new communication base, including using Liberty Prime as a battering ram. Once you get all of the info you need from Rothchild, go meet with Paladin Tristan at the Rockland Car Tunnel which is in the Southwest portion of your map, further west from the Dunwich Building. When you get there, talk to Tristan and then head outside and let Liberty Prime do his thing as you follow behind. When Liberty Prime tells you about the incoming orbital strike, well, in layman's terms, run like hell.

After Liberty Prime is down, Tristan will tell you to head in and find any data you can about what just happened. From here, it's a simple seek and destroy mission where you'll take on room after room of Enclave soldiers. You'll have the Brotherhood of Steel paladins with you, so either sit back and let them do all of the heavy lifting, or take point for mucho experience. Don't worry about the occasional stray shot as the paladins won't go hostile if you accidentally deal a critical strike to their head. The Enclave soldiers are packed to the gills with power armor, energy weapons and ammo, so loot the corpses for ammo and better weaponry if need be. Once you get to the room with the large white and red computer banks, approach the terminal and access the telemetry data. You'll have the option of downloading it to your personal device. Do so and you'll be instructed to take it back to the Citadel. Mop up whatever resistance is left as you leave the uplink facility and then hoof it back to the Citadel.

Once back in the Citadel, find Scribe Rothchild and deliver the telemetry data. He's a little miffed at his new toy being broken but he'll get over it. He'll tell you to go talk to Elder Lyons, as if you have nothing better to do than run around at the behest of dudes not smart enough to change out of their bathrobes. Any way, go talk to Elder Lyons to complete the quest and get 30 shiny new achievement points.

Shock Value - 30 pts: Completed "Shock Value"

This one will start right on the heels of the last one and you'll be told to go and talk to Paladin Tristan. Do so and he'll tell you that the Poindexters in the lab need a Tesla Coil. Conveniently enough, they think there's one in Old Olney and you're just the person to go and get it. If you ask him if he can give you anything to help you out, he'll tell you to go and talk to Scribe Valincourt for some assistance.

Scribe Valincourt will give you her handy new device, a Deathclaw Control Scrambler. As you should know by now, due to past tussles with the Enclave, they do love their Deathclaws and this handy little device will allow you to replace the Enclave's control signal with your own, as long as you're within range of the transmitter. Once you accept the device, you'll have the optional quest of heading to the Enclave outpost southeast of Old Olney to test the device there. When you get to the outpost you'll see a cage with a Deathclaw in it, as well as some Enclave soldiers and a Deathclaw milling about. Oddly enough, you can't control the Deathclaw that's already been released, but if you unlock the Deathclaw cage you can control that one and have him do your grisly bidding. Once the killing is over, head to Old Olney.

Once in Old Olney, use your local map to find the sewer entrance. Enter the sewer and prepare to do a bunch of killing. Deathclaws abound, so be careful. The Gauss Rifle is exceptionally useful here as a critical with it will knock the Deathclaws down allowing you to shoot them while they're incapacitated. The Dart Gun is also particularly effective as a crippled Deathclaw is easy to run away from, allowing you to backpedal while shooting. If you look around the rooms to the left of where you enter you can find some good weapons including a Fat Man and a missle launcher. Take your time through here, killing anything that opposes you, looting as necessary. Make your way through the passageways until you get to the door for the Olney Underground. There's no rest for the wicked son, so head on through.

Once you get to the Olney Underground you'll meet some Ghouls. They'll tell you that there's a nest of Deathclaws in the Olney Underground. Fun! Travel through the Olney Underground, defending yourself as necessary and you'll eventually get to a door to the Old Olney S. Wilson Building. Conveniently enough, you need to go through it. Once through it, you'll be back to fighting good old Enclave soldiers again, so pull out the boomstick of your choice and get to work. Fight through the ruins of this building to the door of the Olney Powerworks and the object of your desire, the Tesla Coil. If you go left at the top of the stairs you can use your mad hacking skills to open the door and get right to the coil, otherwise, go right and fight past the Sentry Bots. If you have enough in hacking to hack Hard terminals you can use them to turn off the Sentry Bots and make your life easier. When you get to the room with the multiple electrical fields, use the terminal to vent the radiation, or pop some Rad-X and get moving. The final door to the Tesla coil room is locked so hack the nearby terminal to open it. Once you find it, the Tesla Coil is surrounded by a pretty nasty electrical field, so at this point you have four options:

Option 1: Jump through the electrical field and grab the coil. If you have less than 400 HP, this will kill you. Not recommended.

Option 2: Use your mad science skills to hack the terminal in the adjacent room and cut the power, allowing you jump down into the ring and grab the coil.

Option 3: Jump into the ring, hit the three emergency switches and get a slight shock when you grab the coil.

Option 4: Pop some Buffouts and Med-X's like Rush Limbaugh at a pharmaceuticals conference so that you can withstand the 450 points of damage that the field is going to put through you. Then jump down through the field and take the coil. Not sure why you'd do this when there are perfectly good switches nearby, but who am I to judge if you like needless pain?

Whatever you decide to do, once you have the coil in your grubby, possibly charred mits, look for the nearby ladder to North Olney. If you have the Alien Blaster, you can find some Alien Power Cells in a nearby room to fuel your pretty blue death ray. Once you have everything you need, head up the ladder to the surface world but be warned as you'll have to fight as few as one and as many as three Deathclaws when you hit the surface. Luckily you come out in a large parking lot, so you have room to maneuver. Once you're able to, fast travel to the Citadel and find Paladin Tristan. Give him the Tesla coil and ask about your new assignment and you'll get the experience points for completing the quest as well as the "Shock Value" achievement, worth 30 points.

Who Dares Wins - 30 pts: Completed "Who Dares Wins"

Here is it, the final push against the Enclave. You'll be heading towards Adams Air Force Base to deal with them once and for all. You'll be up against a lot of enemies so make sure to load up on all the ammo and aid you can carry. You'll be dealing with a lot of feral Ghouls and one of the DLC's new enemies, Feral Ghoul Reavers, so if you have the Ghoul Mask, bring it and wear it. If you don't have it, you can obtain it by doing the Tenpenny Towers quest and siding with the Ghouls. If you don't have the Ghoul Mask, well, you enjoy that.
