The phone rings at Atlanta Game Factory in early September, 2005. It’s just days after the crowning success that was our appearance at Dragon Con.

DOLLAR BILL: “Hey, what’s up!’

ME: “Not much. Kind of slow here right now, none of the regulars have started showing up. Did you talk to The Barrister?”

DOLLAR BILL: “No, he’s not here yet. Why?”

ME: “He hasn’t told you about the Dragon Con money?”

DOLLAR BILL: “No, what about it?”

ME: “He lost it or something, I don’t know. He’s trying to figure out what happened to it.”

DOLLAR BILL (angry): “What do you mean? He hasn’t mentioned it all to me and I was just on the phone with him an hour ago. It’s something like ten grand, isn’t it? How does somebody lose that much money?”

ME: “I have no idea. Maybe he just screwed up the deposit or something.”

This martial arts film offers some wonderful fight scenes buried underneath an awful plot.
This DVD may have a lot of star power but its paper thin plot, bad acting and terrible fight scenes make it a lesson in why some movies shouldn't be imported..
