Konami Digital Entertainment today announced that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Blue Label Interactive (BLI). Konami and BLI together plan to enter additional mobile entertainment ventures beyond gaming. Blue Label Interactive is a mobile application developer specializing in the creation and deployment of mobile software for the entertainment industry.
