Kristin Montgomery Joins Abandon

Abandon Mobile today announced the appointment of Kristin Montgomery to the position of Vice President in charge of Sales and Marketing. In addition to managing and overseeing the company's sales and marketing programs, Montgomery will be responsible for growing Abandon's products including the company’s mobile gaming and application-based offerings. With more than 15 years consumer marketing and sales experience in the international video game and entertainment industries, Montgomery has a proven track record of success, and has helped build start ups from zero revenue to up to $200 million. At 3Dfx Interactive, Montgomery was responsible for landing the company’s first customer and growing her region to over $70 million in the first year. Most recently, Montgomery held management positions at Glu Mobile and Hands-on Mobile (formerly Mforma) where she concentrated on sales and marketing programs for wireless carriers as well as mobile handset manufacturers.
