Cartoon Network's music-themed animated series gets support online.

Cartoon Network announced today multiple platform plans to support and expand its music themed animated cartoon Class of 3000. The music-driven animated comedy from Andre "3000" Benjamin (OutKast) and Tom Lynch (Romeo!),will showcase its most thorough cross-platform effort to date. Content ranges from online sneak previews and streaming episodes to ringtones and an online game where kids can produce their own music, just like André's cartoon character, Sunny Bridges.

Class of 3000 is Cartoon Network's new animated comedy series that will debut on Friday, Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. The series was co-created by André Benjamin and Tom Lynch and focuses on a musical superstar, played by Benjamin, who leaves fame and fortune behind to teach at a prestigious music school in Atlanta. Classof3000.com wills erve as the home for everything related to the new series where visitors can learn more about all the main characters, like Sunny Bridges and Li'l D, as well as download instant messenger icons and wallpapers. Classof3000.com also includes a complete episode guide programming information, activities, downloadable content and links to streaming behind-the-scenes and video and full-length episodes of Class of 3000. Look for the show on Cartoon Network in November.
