Justice League heroes coming next week, special podcast sets the stage for new super hero title.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today that the Justice League Heroes videogame will be available nationwide on the PlayStation 2 and Xbox on October 17. The launch of the game will be commemorated by a podcast featuring the prequel story to the game in comic book format on the iTunes Store and is viewable on iPods that are photo or video enabled. Published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, distributed by Eidos Interactive and developed by Snowblind Studios, JUSTICE LEAGUE HEROES is an action adventure game with role-playing customization, starring classic DC Comics characters Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna and other unlockable Justice League super heroes such as Green Arrow, Aquaman, Huntress and Hawkgirl. Also available on October 17 will be JUSTICE LEAGUE HEROES with a unique story line for the Nintendo DS system and JUSTICE LEAGUE HEROES: THE FLASH for the Game Boy Advance system. The PSP version will be available in November.
