MumboJumbo Acquires Ritual
Seasoned development studio gets bought out by casual game maker.

Casual game developer MumboJumbo today announced it has acquired Ritual Entertainment. With over 30 employees and more than 10 years in the games industry, Ritual Entertainment has contributed and developed several mainstream, hit titles on all platforms including 25 To Life, Delta Force - Black Hawk Down, Counter Strike, and the SiN game franchise. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. MumboJumbo develops casual games for the PC and console platforms.
