GDC Mobile 2008 Submissions
Call for submissions for mobile event now open.

The call for submissions is now open for the Mobile Game Developers Conference 2008 and the advisory board for the event will be evaluating talks for tracks related to Programming, Audio, Deals & Distribution, Game Design, 3D, Production, and Original Innovation The two-day event will take place Monday, Feb. 18 and Tuesday, Feb. 19 at San Francisco 's Moscone Convention Center during the week of the Game Developers Conference. Submissions are being accepted through Monday, October 1 at www.gdcmobile.com .

GDC Mobile 2008 will bring together publishers, traditional p la tform game developers, handset manufacturers, aggregators, and operators to discuss the opportunities, challenges, innovation, and viability in the space. More than 40 lectures, panels and roundtables will explore the future of the medium, and will cover areas such as 3D development, programming, licensing and distribution.

The advisory board for the conference consists of senior industry figures including: Robert Tercek, People Jam; DC Collier, Pikkle KK; Mike Yuen, Qualcomm; Matthew Bellows, Floodgate Entertainment; Kyu Lee, Gamevil; and Mark Olli la , Telcogames among others.
