The World Cyber Games (WCG) today announced the details for the WCG 2007 Grand Final, taking place at Seattle's Qwest Field Event Center October 4th - 7th. After more than 1.5 million competitors around the world battled for a spot on their respective national teams, the pool has been narrowed to the elite 700 gamers representing a record 74 countries. These gamers will compete for gold medals, national glory, a share of $500,000 in cash and prizes, and the title of the "world's best" in 12 different gaming titles.

Joining current partners Samsung, Microsoft, Circuit City, Spike TV, Samsung Monitor (SyncMaster), Philips amBX, ProCurve Networking by HP, Samsung Digital Camera, and Dust-Off are Samsung Mobile, Razer, Thermaltake Kingston and AMD & Sapphire.
