Variety has reported today that there have been a few new additions to the cast of the upcoming Street Fighter film. Already known to be starring as Chun-Li, Kristen Kreuk from TV’s Smallville will be joined by Michael Clarke Duncan who will portray Balrog, Chris Klein who will portray Charlie and Rick Yune will take on the role of Gen. The film is being directed by Romeo Must Die director Andrzej Bartkowiak and is based on a script by Justin Marks. Other than Kreuk, the only other saving feature that this film may have is that it has recruited Hong Kong fight choreographer, Dion Lam for the fighting scenes. Filming is set to begin on next month.
