Our final entry is actually several roguelikes from The Villa of Darkness . These themed roguelikes let you jump into the worlds of Castlevania, Metroid and Zelda. But the most impressive of the group is the new Castlevania title, CastlevaniaRL. CastlevaniaRL is a roguelike game in which you play the role of a character granted special powers to fight Count Dracula in his stronghold. Your adventure will see you face horrific monsters, finding sacred relics and artifacts and using special abilities to take on the most evil force in the world. Hit the link above to learn more about all these wonderful roguelikes.

Bonus Round: TIG Source

While everyone knows who GameTunnel is, not everyone knows about one of the greatest sources for indie games and industry info anywhere. The site is called TIGSource (short for The Independent Gaming Source) and many of the games featured in this column are found on that wonderful website. The site's most vocal poster, Derek Yu, delivers content to the site that is fun and interesting, even when a particular topic isn't all that exciting. Personally I enjoy the variety of games you'll see highlighted here. Instead of having to wade through 18 million match-three titles, TIGSource will throw Flash games, RPG's, old school shooters, and odd games at you. It's the best source for all things indie, so if you haven't had the pleasure of experiencing it first-hand you owe it to yourself to head over there right now.
