Over a million games sold is certainly not bad; in fact, it's a success. It's hard not to consider, however, why more copies aren't being sold. With over 6 million Wiis sitting in American homes, Super Mario Galaxy ought to be sitting under a lot more Christmas trees--more Wiis should be getting wrapped too, but that isn't likely to happen. Many consumers aren't going to find the console in time for the holiday. While it's easy to blame Nintendo, the company appears to be doing all that it can to meet demand. Frustrating as it might be, until demand for the console starts to wane don't expect the supply issue to improve anytime soon.
