The GameShark Top Ten: Baseball Games
We kick off what will be a regular feature here at GameShark with our first Top Ten list -- Play Ball!

High Heat was a labor of love for the developer, Team .366, and while the series started its decline after the 2002 edition, it was still a first rate game up until 3DO closed its doors and Microsoft bought the license and decided to do absolutely nothing with it.

There is a part of me that wants Microsoft to do something with that license—it’s High Heat and it deserves a shot at the next-gen consoles with MS behind it. But another part of me is perfectly fine with it sitting in a locked safe somewhere. My fear being that the game simply wouldn’t be the same, sort of like when old bands try and reunite for another go ‘round. It’s just never, ever the same.

So there you have it. Our list of the best baseball games ever to see the light of day. Look for our next Top Ten list in two weeks when we look at the Top Ten Most Difficult Xbox 360 Achievements.
