Atari Cuts Board Members
Majority rules as Atari cuts five board members.

Atari today announced that its majority stockholder, California U.S. Holdings, (a subsidiary of Infogrames Entertainment) removed James Ackerly, Ronald C. Bernard, Michael G. Corrigan, Denis Guyennot, and Ann E. Kronen from the Board of Directors of Atari via written stockholder consent effective as of October 5, 2007. Further details were not disclosed at the time of this writing.
