Majesco Entertainment today announced that Mark Stewart has joined its Board of Directors. Stewart served as Chief Executive Officer of Kodak Polychrome Graphics, which started business as a $1 billion independent global graphics arts company and nearly doubled its revenue within two years under Mark's guidance. Previously, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer for Qualex Inc., Liggett Group, Inc. and Paramount Communications. Mark earned his MBA in Finance from the Harvard Business School. The addition of Mark Stewart increases the number of the Company's directors to five, consisting of four independent directors and Jesse Sutton, the Company's Interim CEO.
