What makes this game fresh is the fact it is the first American Dragonball Z game on non-handheld, Nintendo console.

What makes this game fresh is the fact it is the first American Dragonball Z game on non-handheld, Nintendo console. The prior games were in Japanese, French or an assortment of those languages, plus they were only on the Famicom systems. The Blast-Zone and the custom character creation add a new element to the game, plus the ability to transform makes it very exciting.

The average life span on this game for continuous play is 12 hours. It takes 6 hours for an average person to complete the entire Story Mode. It takes roughly 6 hours to complete the additional modes and unlock every character. However, this does not include the time it takes to gather funds for purchases of skills to use in custom character creation.

Keep this in mind: Custom character creation is simply utilizing capsules purchased from Mr. Popo and applying them to characters to create your own attacks and techniques.
