Boss Fight: Jude the Dude

Once Jude gets up on the barrier, lock on to him and then just run around and evade his bullets until he enters the arena. He's got a killer kick, so be mindful of that as you try and land as many jumping chainsaw slices as possible. Try to close the distance to him closely as he has a rapid pistol attack that is guaranteed to mess up your day. As you approach, be on the lookout for the Power Struggle gesture to knock off a bunch of his life bar. Just keep avoiding his bullets when he's on the barrier and closing to jumping chainsaw range when he's not and you'll take care of him in no time, as well as see one of the best boss battle finishing moves in the game. Look at you, you're ranked 124 now!

Varrigan CityRed Line Way

The Red Line Way is one of the game's few motorcycle sections. The A button is your accelerator, B button brakes and Z button is your turbo. If an enemy is on your left, shake the Nunchuck to grab an enemy and chuck them. If the enemy is on your right, swing the Wiimote to do a chainsaw slash. If someone jumps on your bike, do an upward slash with the Wiimote to split 'em down the middle. The easiest thing to do in this section is to run into the enemies from behind and you'll automatically knock them off the track. There's no scoring necessary here, just survive long enough to get to the next boss battle.

Boss Battle: Von Twirlenkiller

Start the battle by running over to Twirly, making sure to check the tornado pattern so that you can dodge accordingly. Once you get close, it's all about the dodging until you can initiate a Power Struggle. Oh sure, you can try for some quick slashes, but Twirly's melee attack ain't nothing to sneeze at. During a successful Power Struggle you'll lop off one of his arms and if you're luck it will land on the ground somewhere where you can pick it up and smack him with it. Once he starts running across the bridge, follow quickly so that he doesn't have time to launch any more twisters at you. If you're lucky you'll get there as he's shooting them off, allowing you a quick hit. Now that he only has one arm, his melee attack will change, but your strategy doesn't need to. Keep dodging and quick slashing and wait for the Power Struggle. Then finish him off and claim your 98 ranking.

Asian Town

Great Wall St.

Now that Varrigan City is behind you, it's time to run rampant in Asian Town. The enemies here are more aggressive and will not abide by being picked up. The headbutt is your friend here. Take note of the fire breathing guys as they can quickly ruin your day if you get caught in front of them.

1.) There are plenty of signposts and trumpets as soon as you enter, just perfect for jamming in a ninja's face. Be on the look out for electrical signs, flaming barrels and upright spikes for all of your ninja disposal needs.

2.) Score 200,000 points to start the Wang Bang Bus making its rounds. This giant spiked bus will run you over if you're in its way, so stay off the road when you hear it coming. Then make use of the copious spikes to impale your enemies.

3.) Up top with the fire breathing guy is a bunch of fans, just perfect for ninja shredding.

4.) At 650,000 points you'll unlock the daggers. Check your mini-map for their location.

5.) At 1,000,000 points the Mayhem Dispenser has Meat Buns! Meat Buns replace cash suitcases here meaning you can throw them down to attract enemies.

6.) If you head up the elevator to claim the Meat Buns, you'll have to face off against Yee Fung. Like most sub-bosses, you'll have to evade and do quick strikes, looking for the Power Struggle all the while. If you defeat him, you'll get the Turtle Orb, which is part of this level's DeathWatch Challenge to obtain all of the orbs. Honestly, the Meat Buns aren't really needed on this level, so you can save yourself a bunch of trouble for your first run through and avoid them and Yee Fung entirely. That's what I did.

7.) Once you hit 1.3 million points the Money Shot Bloodbath Challenge will open. To get to it, jump up to the room with the two fans, head out the window to your left, jump over to the opposite ledge and turn right. Follow the ledge down, then turn and jump back across. Climb up the Dragon's back to get to the roof and the challenge.

Bloodbath Challenge: Money Shot

This one can be a bit tricky. The goal is to grab a soda bottle, shake it by shaking the Wiimote, jam it down a ninja's throat and then pick them up and position them so when the bottle goes off they go flying and get impaled on a spike. For the lower spike to the right of the roof, you won't need to shake the bottles at all. For the farther spikes you'll have to shake them three times. Just keep grabbing, shaking and aiming and do your best. There are so many ways to kill guys on this level that doing extremely well during this challenge isn't all that necessary. What's important is that you try your best.

8.) Keep on keeping on until you reach your lofty goal of 2 million points and the opportunity to face off against RinRin.

Boss Battle: RinRin

Ok, I'm not going to lie. The first time I fought RinRin I got absolutely destroyed and I had to do the whole dang level all over again. Learn from my mistakes! RinRin has two main attacks, a twirl and hit with the fan which can be dodged and a ranged fan throw that has to be jumped over. I repeat, you have to jump over her fans. You can not dodge them as you'll back flip right into them. Trust me on this. What you want to do is dodge her melee attack and then either do a jumping chainsaw attack, or try and back fist her so that you knock her into the electrical signs around the arena. If you get too far away and you see her half crouch, she's going to throw her fans, so close the distance and jump the fans. When you get to her, give her a knuckle sandwich for her troubles. If you knock her health down enough, either by melee attacks or a Power Struggle, she'll go up to the upper levels and drop inactive bombs. Don't bother picking them up and throwing them as you're wide open for a fan attack and you're much better off just staying on your toes, back fisting and looking for the Power Struggle. Keep on jumping over those fans and you'll eventually beat her and take her 94 ranking.

Asian Town

Bistro

Plenty more Ninjas to deal with here. You'll automatically get the DeathWatch Challenge for rescuing all of the Geisha's, which will have unexpected cut-scene benefits way down the line, but we'll get to that when we get to that. You'll also get some points, which will help you reach your goal of 2.5 million points to fight Shogun.

1.) Once you get to the area where the doors close automatically behind you, make small, baby steps so that when the Ninja's crash down, they don't hurt you with their attacks. These Ninja's will mess a dude up, so be wary of their slashing attacks and make sure you stun the crap out them either before grabbing them, or once you grab them.

2.) Work you way outside where you can smash the bell to stun the Ninjas and the jam torches into them before chucking them into the water.

3.) Score 150,000 points and the spear is yours. The spear is awesome. It has a great enemy clearing attack with the A button and the charged B button attack will let Jack skewer up to three Ninjas on the spear. Not only is it brutally effective, but seeing Jack trot along with a spear full of impaled Ninjas over his shoulder never gets old. Try not to use it too much though as you want to save it for a little later. Kill all of the Ninjas here to unlock the next area as well as rescue your first Geisha.

4.) If you're paranoid like me, you'll keep expecting the Geisha's to attack you. They do not so just accept their kisses in the spirit they were presented and move on.

5.) In the next area, if you bust down the screen you'll find a pirate hat. As Ninjas hate pirates, you can throw these bad boys down to attract all of the Ninjas who will rush towards it and try to stomp it to death. Now all of the Ninjas are bunched up for easy pickings.

6.) Keep moving forward and eventually you'll have to face a sub-boss named Tengu. As soon as you have control of Jack, lock onto Tengu by holding down the C-button. This way you can focus your attacks on the real Tengu and not his clones. Keep up the attack, dodging when necessary and he should go down in no time.

7.) When you get to the food prep area, you'll see on your mini-map that there are enemies waiting in all four corners. Approach a corner to get the Ninja to attack you, then stun him and throw him into the pool of oil in the middle of the room. Fetch his deep fried corpse (the fire won't hurt you), throw the Ninja Tempura on the giant tray and then hit the bell so that the corpse can be served up. Do this three times and you'll get a Jack Balloon.

8.) After you're done cooking, kill any and all who enter and the next area will open up so that you can rescue your next Geisha.

9.) Go through the next door and use your spear, (you still have the spear, right?) on the oh so annoying motorcycle Ninja. Head up the stairs and do the same thing with the next rice burner. By now you should have the 800,000 points needed for the next Bloodbath Challenge, Hanabi. Head out the door to activate it.

Bloodbath Challenge: Hanabi

The goal here is to throw guys into the fireworks tubes before the time runs out. You don't have to have precise aim as the game is pretty generous with the hit detection. Your best bet is to try and pick someone up and throw them into an enemy standing in front of a grouping of two tubes so that one enemy goes into one tube and one enemy goes into another. You're not penalized for not filling up all of the tubes, you just don't get as many points. Do your best and enjoy the fireworks show.

10.) Once the challenge is over, clean up the remaining Ninjas to rescue the third Geisha. If you still don't have 2.25 million points, you can leave the Bloodbath Challenge area and come back and more will spawn for your killing needs. Get your score up to the goal so that you can take the elevator up to face off against Shogun.

Boss Battle: Shogun

You'll have to kill some Ninjas before facing off against the big guy himself, so be conservative so that you can save all of your health and lives for the proper Boss. Shogun has a melee attack that can be dodged easily, followed up by a chainsaw slash. His most annoying attack is a charging attack where he'll move his staff in a figure eight pattern. The key here is to dodge right as he's about to hit you so that Jack does his slow motion roll, setting you up perfectly for a chainsaw slash. When you see him emanate energy and then rush towards you, have your Wiimote at the ready so that you can initiate a Power Struggle and knock some of that armor off. Keep on dodging, slashing and gesturing and you should take him down fairly easily. Welcome to rank position 71, population: Jack.

Asian Town

Sumo Arena

Boss Battle: Yokozuna

No scoring needed this time around, just right into the next boss battle. For all of his sturm und drang, Yokozuna is pretty easy. This one requires three Power Struggles to get through though, so keep attacking to knock him off balance which will initiate the struggle. Yoko has two charging attacks to be wary of, one which you can dodge regularly and one which you'll want to wait for so that you can do a slow motion dodge. That last one is telegraphed by Yoko putting his hand on the ground and crouching a little. If you don't see that, then just dodge like crazy. Occasionally, Yoko will get pissed, jump up and then throw a helicopter at you. Perform the necessary gesture to avoid it and then when Yoko comes back down punish him for his insolence. Once you win three Power Struggles, approach Yokozuna to finish him off. Claim your 53 ranking and put Asian Town behind you.

Mad Castle

Courtyard

Yay, zombies! I know that I like nothing better than dispatching shuffling hordes of the undead. Take note though that as these guys are zombies, a lamppost through the neck isn't going to slow them down. Similarly, a horizontal chainsaw swipe will cut them in half, but their torso will still attack. Other means of dispatch still work, and if you're going for the one hit kill, vertical chainsaw swipes are the way to go. There are plenty of ways to kill guys in this relatively small area so explore around. If you see a piece of meat, that's the enemy attractant for the Mad Castle levels, so use them accordingly. Your goal here is 2.5 million points so that you can face off against the Shamans.

1.) Do your scoring thing to get to 350,000 points and the golf club. When using the golf club, press B to grab an enemy and automatically throw them down. Hold B to get an arc which is moved by moving the C stick. Once you line up your shot, swipe the Wiimote for maximum head shooting distance and maximum points.

2.) Eventually a Death Blade enemy will show up. These guys are annoying. Watch for their melee attacks and chainsaw them when you can. Beware though, if they disappear, they aren't dead. The next time a zombie grabs you, the Death Blade will reappear and you'll have to be quick with the remote gesture to keep your head.

3.) 700,000 points will net you a Happy Onion, however you may want to hold on to using it until you're close to losing a life. Your call.

4.) Once you get to 1 million points, it's time to put your new golf club to use in a rousing round of Man Golf.
