At this point you can either walk with the caravan to the destination where it will be ambushed by bandits or you can fast travel to the Irradiated Metro, deal with the Super Mutants there and then walk between the buildings to the meeting place by the river. If you choose the latter option, pretty much everyone in the caravan will be dead. If not, kill them all and search their remains for an audio log telling you of a new meeting place. The log is from Split Jack the bandit leader and tells you to head to Wilhelm's Wharf to meet up.
When you get to the Wharf, you have a few options. You can pass a speech check and convince Split Jack to stop the attacks, you can kill everyone or you can join the gang. When you're in the gang, you can challenge Split Jack for gang leadership or just act as a peon. However you choose to be in the gang, you'll be asked to return to Lepelletier and extort her for money to prevent further attacks. She wont' be happy about this, but will do it with a successful speech check. If you decide to go the speech check route with Split Jack, or if you choose to kill them all, head back to Lepelletier and let her know how it went down. She'll tell you to speak to Scribe Bigsley for your reward. You'll get some experience as well as a bunch of Enclave gear, which is exactly what you'll need given that you're probably already swimming in Power Armor.
The Amazing Aqua Cura
Talk to Scribe Bigsley again and pass a speech check, or hack his computer to find out about Griffon, a Ghoul selling irradiated water at the Museum of History. You can also just head to the museum and see Griffon for yourself. After speaking to Griffon, you'll find out that he's selling irradiated water and passing it off as a way to turn Ghouls back into normal humans. Head back to Bigsley and talk to him some more to find out that Griffon runs his operation out of the Museum Authority building.
Head over to the Museum Authority building and lay waste to the guards. On the last guard's body you'll find a full account of what Griffon has been doing with the water. Take this information back to Griffon and talk to him again. At this point you can either tell him to start selling the real, pure water from now on, you can blackmail him for money or you can force Griffon to confess to the crowd what he's been selling. If you do that last one, the crowd will rise up and kill Griffon. Once Griffon is dealt with the quest ends and you'll get your experience points reward. If you convince Griffon to sell Aqua Pura you can come back in a week, kill him and take 600 caps off of his body. The crowd won't like that much, so you'll have to deal with them too.
Some Assembly Required
Provided you chose to blow up the Enclave at the end of "Who Dares Wins" and not the Citadel you can speak to Scribe Rothchild in the Citadel about the effort to repair Liberty Prime. Rothchild will give you 100 caps and 25 experience points for every camera you bring him as well as 75 caps and 10 experience points for every sensor module you bring him.
Mutant Blood Samples
Paladin Tristan, also found in the Citadel, will give you 50 caps and 10 experience points for every Super Mutant blood sample you bring him. You have to speak to him in order to find the blood samples on the remains of Super Mutants. Once you have accepted the quest, the blood samples will show up in the inventory of dead Super Mutants.
Fatal Attraction
Before getting on the Presidential Metro, head up the nearby stairs and listen to the "Sorry My Darling" holotape. From it you can learn about a meet at La Maison Beauregard that ain't gonna happen on account of one of the attendants being dead. Go over there any way and you'll find Lag Bolt who is none to happy to see that you're not his beloved. Kill him and you can take his unique combat armor and sunglasses as well as find a key to open the locked suitcase. In it you'll find the All-Nighter Nightware for those long nights with that special someone.
