The GameShark Top Ten: E3 Games
We take a look at ten games we can't wait to play based on our time at E3.

8. Rock Band 2 - Xbox 360; PS3 - EA

Basically Rock Band 2 takes everything that you thought missing in the original -- and adds it. This sequel is more about pleasing fan requests than it is introducing new stuff. From the awesome setlist to Band World Tour online, a daily Battle of the Bands, to new hardware (including some goodies from Mad Catz), Rock Band 2 is as close as you get to a sure thing in this industry.

7. Far Cry 2 - Xbox 360; PS3; PC - UbiSoft

Far Cry 2 looks like an essential open world sandbox shooter. It doesn't have a whole lot to do with Far Cry but that's ok. It was easily one of the best looking games at E3, particularly on the PC. From detailed models to gorgeous scenery, it's hard to beat this game's aesthetics. As for the gameplay? Our E3 demo was intense to say the least and while we hope they add a better cover system, we have little doubt that this will be a hit with shooter fans.

6. Dragon Age: Origins - PC - EA

Hmm…why do we want to play this one? Well, there’s Bioware, a new fantasy setting, stunning cinematic visuals, oodles of dialogue, lots of hacking and slashing, all wrapped up inside an interface that will immediately remind you of Baldur’s Gate. If that doesn’t get you pumped to play this—there’s little hope for you.
