MTV Entertainment's Senior VP

MTV Networks' Entertainment Group has promoted Jon Slusser to senior vice president, Spike digital and video games. The promotion was announced by Erik Flannigan, executive vice president, digital media, to whom Slusser will report. He is based in Santa Monica, CA. Slusser was formerly vice president, MTVN and CEO, GameTrailers.

In his new role, Slusser will be responsible for management of the coming merger of the male-oriented, online video site, iFILM with Spike TV as Spike.com, bringing Spike¹s broadband and television assets to further strengthen the Entertainment Group¹s digital reach to the coveted male 18-34 demo.
