Downloadable songs available for Guitar Hero 2
Three new song packs now available at a price.

It's a great morning for Guitar Hero 2 fans, as three new song packs have been released on Xbox Live Marketplace. Song Pack #1 features Bark at the Moon, Hey You and, Ace of Spades. Song Pack #2 features Killer Queen, Take it Off and Frankenstein. Song Pack #3 features Higher Ground, Infected and Stellar.

Each pack is 500 Microsoft Points and about 37MB each. If you've played GH1 on the PS2, some of the songs may be familar, but well worth your time to increase your total score on the leaderboards. Details below:

Guitar Hero - Track Pack 1

  • Bark at the Moon (as made famous by Ozzy Osbourne)
  • Hey You (as made famous by The Exies)
  • Ace of Spades (as made famous by Motorhead)

Guitar Hero - Track Pack 2

  • Killer Queen (as made famous by Queen)
  • Take It Off (as made famous by The Donnas)
  • Frankenstein (as made famous by The Edger Winter Group)

Guitar Hero - Track Pack 3

  • Higher Ground (as made famous by Red Hot Chili Peppers)
  • Infected (as made famous by Bad Religion)
  • Stellar (as made famous by Incubus)

Xbox 360 owners will also be able to purchase theme packs and gamer pics featuring Guitar Hero II's most popular rockers. Theme packs are available for 150 points, and gamer pics for 100 points.
