Konami Digital Entertainment today
announced an agreement with SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT to digitally
distribute Konami¹s library of songs from its diversified catalog of video
games. Under the agreement, Konami¹s music will be available for download
from major online retailers such as iTunes and Rhapsody as well as a number
of mobile service providers.
For the first time in Konami's history, consumers will have access to
original music from celebrated franchises such as Castlevania, Silent
Hill, Dance Dance Revolution and Elebits as well as classic arcade hits
such as Gradius and Contra. In addition to major web-based retailers, the
music will also be available through major mobile carriers as well as
Konami¹s official web site,
