Final Legendary Map Revealed For Halo 3
Details emerge on the third and final map

With the Legendary map pack just around the corner, there was still one map of the three unrevealed. The other two “Ghost Town” and “Avalanche” had been revealed previously with only a hint given to what the third would be. The hint was that it would be “a returning classic for fans of smaller Slayer maps”. Well, they weren’t fooling around. The third and final map in the Legendary map pack is called Blackout and is a remake of the Halo 2 fan favourite map Lockout.

Blackout is the first and only map to take place during the night and looks to include the mayhem and destruction the original Lockout provided.

You can head on over to bungie.net for an interview with Producer Allen Murray, Designer Dan Miller and artists Paul Russel and Blake Low as well as a couple screenshots of the new beauty.
