Koei has confirmed that their latest Nintendo Wii title, Opoona has shipped to stores and is available across the country. Labelled as a"Lifestyle RPG", the game follows the story of a young boy named Opoona who crashes on Planet Landroll, while on a family vacation. Being separated from his family, Opoona searches for his siblings, and must defend himself and the people of Landroll against enemies known as the Dark Rogues.

Opoona can use "Energy bonbon’s" to attack his foes, which players control by using just the Nunchuk controller, to allow a complete "single-hand control" of the game. As Opoona progresses through the game, he will need to take on new jobs, discover new environments and uncover a wide range of activities for new adventures to bring him back to his lost family.
