IGN
is reporting that in the May issue of Conde Nast Portfolio magazine, Activision CEO Bobby Kotick spills some beans about the next installment of the Guitar Hero series. Kotick goes on to say that the game will be adding instruments and vocals and will allow players to “play along with bands from their local area”.
"It's not just about guitars," Kotick says. "We'll include a lot of other instruments, vocals. It will help us expand internationally. It's the first game we've had in which we can use local content and local bands."
I guess if you want to compete, you need to do what works, but please don’t be another $160 game.
