2K Sports has released a batch of new screenshots that show off their upcoming tennis game, Top Spin 3 for the Nintendo DS. Top Spin 3 contains 16 of the world’s top tennis superstars including Roger Federer, Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova and Boris Becker.

Top Spin 3 features a dual-screen presentation, eight Nintendo DS-exclusive mini-games and a multiplayer mode that allows two players to connect and play via local wireless communications. With the intuitive player creator, fans can embark on the career mode and challenge the world’s greatest players in renowned tournaments such as the French Open, U.S. Open and Australian Open, experiencing the intensity and excitement of life on the court.

In addition to the DS version, Top Spin 3 is also slated for a June 2008 release on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii.
