Gameloft has launched TV Show King on Nintendo’s new downloadable game service on WiiWare, for the Nintendo Wii. An original game, developed exclusively for WiiWare, Gameloft’s TV Show King is a mock quiz show that tests general knowledge trivia.

“As we remain at the forefront of the casual games market, we’re excited to launch our first WiiWare game,” said Gonzague de Vallois, senior vice president, publishing. “The Wii has completely revolutionized the gaming space, and the launch of WiiWare now makes it possible for us to distribute more innovative and entertaining games easier than ever before, the first of which is TV Show King.”

As a contestant, the player will have to answer questions using strategy and bluffing to eliminate the other three players. Complete with a lively TV game show atmosphere, the 3,000 questions range from history, geography, literature, science, sports, entertainment and general knowledge.
