Quick Hit, Inc a developer and publisher of free-to-play online sports games, have announced that nearly 100 of the all-time greatest pro football players will hit the gridiron this fall in Quick Hit Football. Fans of all ages will have a chance to coach and play against some of football’s most legendary athletes, spanning decades of talent and skill.

This team of Legends joins Quick Hit Football’s 2009 Starters, Matt Cassel, Ray Lewis, Osi Umenyiora, Brian Westbrook and Jason Witten in rounding out the most compelling free-to-play, football roster ever created. Both Legends and Starters are featured players on the iconic teams of Championship Coaches Bill Cowher, Brian Billick, Jimmy Johnson, Dan Reeves and Tom Landry.

However, unlike the Starters who only appear in single player games, fans will have the chance to actually play with the Legends on their teams. At least two of these famous players will be drafted onto teams based on the fan’s play style. Some of the nearly 100 Pro Bowl and Hall of Fame players include:

  • Warren Moon, Randall Cunningham or Dan Fouts for Passing Teams
  • Tony Dorsett, Eric Dickerson, or Daryl “Moose” Johnston for Running Teams
  • Steve Largent, James Lofton or Fred Biletnikoff as Wide Receivers
  • Randy White, Ed "Too Tall" Jones or Dan Hampton for Run Defense
  • Steve Atwater, Deacon Jones, or Jack Youngblood for Pass Defense
