Nintendo heard the call of Jay-Z and will be hosting a midnight launch event at Best Buy's Union Square location. But, by no means is this your standard humdrum line of unwashed geeks.

Nintendo will have playable demos of launch titles, food, giveaways, and live entertainment courtesy of The HOTcakes. Reggie Fils-Aime is even supposed to be on hand. So if you're in the area and still looking to pre-order your 3DS, you know where to go.

Location is the Best Buy in Union Square. 3DS sampling runs March 26, noon-8pm. The official launch event runs 9pm-2am.
