Global Agenda, the online shooter from Hi-Rez Studios is going free-to-play with the arrival of patch 1.4 in mid-April.

"The version 1.4 Free Agent update, expected to go live in mid-April, will support free play across all character classes through level 50. This update also introduces a new Dome Defense Raid as high-level player content, a CTF- style Mercenary PvP game-mode with pilotable robots, revised skill-trees across all four character classes, and other changes and content."

Players can also pay a one-time fee of $19.99 USD to upgrade to Elite Agent, giving them access to auction houses and in-game mail, login priority, and increased gains of levels, gear, and funds. Existing players will be upgraded automatically.

Additional information about the differences between Free Agent and Elite Agent accounts can be found at the Global Agenda community website .
