Trion Worlds is just days away from attempting to set a brand new Guinness Book world record, and obviously they need your help to do it. This Valentine’s Day, Trion Worlds wants to make video game history with an attempt to set the Guinness World Record for most virtual marriages in an online game in a 24 hours period. For those that want to help but don't necessarily feel the need to commit to Rift Online right now, you can use Rift Lite to get in the game at no cost. Rift Lite, which enables anyone -- old players, new players, curious players and everyone in between -- to jump in to the game at no cost to take part in the record attempt on Feb. 14.

Beginning at 9am PST on Valentine’s Day, any two Rift players that get hitched in-game will be counted in the Guinness World Records title attempt and receive the “The Avowed” in-game title as well.
