2011 is officially in the rear view mirror and it's time to look to 2012. The GameShark staff took time to list their most wanted games of the coming year. I'm sure these will all be smash hits...

Bill's picks:

BioShock Infinite

This is the easy one. BioShock Infinite looks like one of the surest bets of 2012. Being a super fan of both BioShock games and seeing that anything Ken Levine touches turns to something at least moderately great, I find it hard to believe that this will be anything other than a top 5 game of 2012.

If not, it's going to be the story of the year regardless.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning is something of an enigma. It releases in February and I'm still somewhat leery of it. Unlike BioShock Infinite, a game I feel is a pretty safe bet to be special, Amalur could be brilliant or a trainwreck. I'm excited either way.

If this game can combine the open world goodness of an Elder Scrolls game with its deep RPG mechanics with the fast paced action combat it promises, it could be a big, big hit. So chalk this up to highly anticipated...and cautiously optimistic.
