Brash Entertainment today revealed the music soundtrack to the upcoming music-and-rhythm video game, Alvin and the Chipmunks. Alvin and the Chipmunks, based on the feature length film of the same name, will feature a soundtrack with hit songs originally written by Run-DMC, REM, Culture Club and Blink-182 and performed by the Chipmunks in signature Chipmunk style.

The full soundtrack list includes The Chipmunks Song, Video Killed The Radio Star, Its Tricky, All The Small Things, California Dreaming, The Distance, All Star, Slow Ride, Life Is A Highway, Semi Charmed Life, Walking On The Sun, You Really Got Me, Shiny Happy People, Tubthumping, Heartbreak Hotel, Karma Chameleon, Look Sharp, California, Love Shack, Only Want To Be With You, Kids In America, All Day All Night, Rock And Roll High School, Never Let You Go, A Girl Like You, Cool Places, Blitzkrieg Bop, I'll Be There For You, Alright, Stand, Just Like Heaven, Right Here Right Now, One Week, I Fought The Law, Run Around, I'm Gonna Be, The Way, Everything You Want, Santa Monica, and December.

Available for Wii, NDS, PS2 and PC formats, the music-and-rhythm video game focuses on the Chipmunks' musical abilities, and challenges players to rock and roll their way to new heights of competition. This game is rated 'E' for Everyone by the ESRB, and will release nationwide ten days before the December 14, 2007 live action film Alvin and the Chipmunks from Twentieth Century Fox, on December 4, 2007.
