2K Games has released its first salvo of screenshots for the Nintendo DS version of Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution . The hand held version of the acclaimed strategy series offers players a chance to experience the epic empire building world of Civilization in the palm of their hand. With 16 civilizations to control and lead to victory, along with a wide range of famous historical leaders to play as or compete against, the intense action and strategic gameplay are traits of the series that will be returning once again. Look for the game to arrive in the second quarter of 2008.
