Majesco Entertainment sends word that their newest title for the Nintendo DS, Pet Pals: Animal Doctor has shipped to stores nationwide. The game allows players to take the role of a Veterinarian and learn the techniques required to diagnose and treat 23 different types of pets, including a dog, turtle, parakeet, rabbit and even a hamster, in 30 different medical cases. The scenarios found within the game are created by real-life veterinarians and players must use the intuitive touch screen of the DS to perform procedures like mending broken bones or healing an infection successfully and bring their virtual patients back to a tail wagging full recovery.
