SouthPeak Games has announced that its puzzle game Roogoo will be released on the Nintendo Wii and the Nintendo DS later this year.

"Roogoo is a perfect fit for Nintendo gamers," said Melanie Mroz, CEO of SouthPeak Games. "It's a great family-friendly puzzler with fantastic gameplay that can take advantage of the unique offering of these two systems. We're very excited about making Roogoo part of the Nintendo lineup later this year."

Roogoo, which was previously released on Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360, features Nintendo DS & Wii cross-compatibility, all-new levels and game modes that take advantage of the unique features of the motion-sensitive Wii Remote and Nintendo DS Touch Screen and Nintendo DS Stylus.
