Vikings Invading DSiWare Today
Tower defense game for the handheld.
Date: Monday, November 02, 2009
Author: Jeff McAllister

For all the long boat fans out there, Viking Invasion arrives in North America on Monday November 2nd, only on Nintendo DsiWare.

Viking Invasion is a strategy game that pits a band of numb-skulled Vikings against defenders with a dodgy sense of humour. The adventures take the fearsome warriors of the North into a comical, off-beat world where they find themselves developing strange cravings for tulips and cream cakes.

The Vikings have a range of sea-going attack units, from their longships to the Norse god Odin and a whole range of fantastical creatures. And the defenders can build different types of towers and strongholds to halt the enemy’s advances. With 11 maps and 3 levels of difficulty, Viking Invasion offers endless fun for all, and a range of exciting challenges for seasoned tower defense fans.
