Hideo Kojima Gets a Promotion
Lifetime achievement, or joke gone wrong?
Date: Wednesday, March 30, 2011
Author: Brian Rowe

Hideo Kojima, seen here looking ready for his Calvin Klein underwear shoot, has been named the Vice President of Konami Digital Entertainment, effective April 1, 2011.

Seriously? That sounds like a brutal April Fools joke in the making. If I were Kojima, I would at least have the promotion delayed until the following week.

Hideo Kojima is best known as the creator of the Metal Gear Solid Series. His studio, Kojima Productions, has assisted on numerous projects, including Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.
