GameShark Game of the Week
EA's revamped The Godfather game for the Wii is really cool.

EA's The Godfather game adaptations admittedly started out on shaky ground, with gameplay that felt a little undercooked at the time. As time went on and the games were revised and revamped for next-generation platforms -- like the Xbox 360 -- you could tell that EA was listening to all the complaints lodged against the last generation versions of the game. So now we come full circle with The Blackhand Edition, a game that feels familiar and strangely different because it uses the Wii's motion sensing controller to use all the violent and deadly moves to get the job done. From shooting to cracking skulls and all points of interests in between, the control scheme works almost flawlessly. Add to that gameplay that graphics that look pretty nice as Wii graphic go and you have the makings for a more refined Godfather game experience. For being fun and for creating a game that feels like it should have landed on the Wii first instead of last, The Blackhand Edition gets our GameShark Game of the Week award.
