Exercise 6: The Food Lift
The Wii balance board makes for an excellent food tray, but what happens when you’re not positioned properly to take advantage of it?
Simply tighten your abs, raise your knees, and voila! You’ll never be hungry again!
Once finished exercising, don’t forget to clean up!
With these exercises, not only will you be fit in no time, but you’ll actually use your Wii balance board more than the two days it took for you to realize that no amount of goading from your virtual trainer can get you to do a jackknife with accidentally peeing your pants. Happy exercising!
