Ubisoft Creates Play Zone for Wii Party Games
Sports Party to kick off the label in July

Ubisoft has announced that it will launch exclusive party-games under the Play Zone label for the Nintendo Wii. The Play Zone titles will provide immediate entertainment & recreation thanks to original and numerous mini-games to be shared by all family members and friends.

“With our new Play Zone party titles, the Wii gamers who like to spend time with friends and family will have fun with the Wii through innovative and involving mini-games. The Play Zone label will provide them with the best games to mingle and compete together in a fun and friendly atmosphere” said John Parkes, Ubisoft’s EMEA Marketing Director.

Sports Party will be the first game to be released under the Play Zone label. Located in a tropical paradise Island, Sports Party proposes 9 sports mini-games that can be played head-to-head or cooperatively. Look for Sports Party to be available on July 11th 2008.
