Midway Games has confirmed that Game Party 2 has shipped to stores nationwide. Exclusively for the Nintendo Wii, Game Party 2, the sequel to Midway's top-selling Game Party, delivers five all-new fun filled family games as well as favorites from the original.

"The success of the original Game Party was a result of consumers looking for fun, family-oriented party games for the Wii," said Miguel Iribarren, senior vice president - publishing, Midway. "Game Party 2 expands and enhances the original, leveraging Midway's rich arcade heritage, and delivering more games that are a ton of fun and easy to pick-up and play with friends."

Featuring 11 games in all, Game Party 2 showcases five new exciting games, many of which take the game outdoors for the first time. Show off your football skills with the Quarterback Challenge, battle friends while pitching Horseshoes or take the competition to the backyard with Lawn Darts. Game Party 2 also offers Bean Bags, Puck Bowling and favorites from the original.
